Alternatively, you can take public transportation by boarding the Blue Line train towards Forest Park, transfer to the Red Line towards Howard, and exit at Howard Station. From there, take the Purple Line towards Linden and exit at South Boulevard Station. Then, it's just a short walk to Hinman Ave.

Alternatively, you can take the Red Line towards Howard and exit at Howard Station. From there, take the Purple Line towards Linden and exit at South Boulevard Station. HOUSE RULES

We are thrilled to have you as our guest! To ensure that all guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay, we kindly ask that everyone respect these house rules. In the event that any of the rules are not followed, there will be a corresponding fee to cover any necessary repairs, additional cleaning, and disturbances.

- Parties, events, and social functions are strictly prohibited in the apartment.
- Illegal activities, drugs, and any kind of commotion are not allowed on the property.
- No undeclared guests are allowed.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment.
- Do not leave the place excessively dirty.
- Please do not lose the keys or take them with you when you leave.
- Please declare if you will bring a pet and advise how many you will be bringing along. Building only allows cats and dogs (under 40 lbs only no aggressive breeds) and will incur a $50 per pet fee. Unauthorized bringing of pets is subject to a penalty. We kindly ask that pets are not left alone in the unit. Further, as per the building's regulations, dogs are allowed to come and go through the rear porches only, and not through the front stairs.
