This completely remodeled town home with two bedrooms upstairs and 1 coach in the living room, i can add another single bed in the living room.
we are very close to Walmart, Texas A&M University, CHI St. JOSEPH HOSPITAL any many restaurants.
The town home is on HWY-6 South exit

We came into town to participate in a seminar on the A&M campus. This was a PERFECT location. Enough room for an air mattress if needed too. Everything was grand!!

BEWARE! Place is NOT like the pics! Never got a msg of the code, had to call VRBO directly to get in. Host would NEVER answer my pleas for help or where were the wash cloths- (we had to search the entire house to find them!). Placemats on the table were SO GROSS-- food stains on every one! (They are the cheap ones, so you think they could replace the placemats!) Blanket in the living room had large blood stains- too gross to touch! 2 different clocks in the living room- both dead and out of batteries. Both Hall light and kitchen lights don't work. Shag carpet is probably original-- was old & big stains and filthy! Downstairs toilet looked dirty! Was very disgusted that we were never able to reach the host! Of all the VRBO's we've stayed in, this one was the worst!

As soon as we arrived we checked around the place and found no wash cloths and only 3 towels (we had a party of 4). Found half dried cloths in the dryer and wasn’t sure how long they’d been in there so was going to just rewash them but there was no soap. Found hairs on the sheets went to strip them and also found a giant yellowish brown stain on the mattress. Stain was too big to be drool so it’s either pee or pike. Sent the host a message (not about the stain found that after the message) and they said the sheets were absolutely washed but did say they’d bring by wash by cloths. We decided to just leave and stay at a motel 6 around the corner, that was cheaper than going and getting the supplies to properly clean this place.

The house was not clean at all. Both beds had dirty sheets with head and body hair on them. The comforter had what looked like crusty vomit on it and the soap in the bathroom was leaking everywhere. I reached out to the owner who offered no resolution.

We will be back..

Great price and lots of space! Was enough for our teens to have space and privacy. The location was close to all the gyms we played in (sports tournament) and we had a laundry room to wash uniforms and a large fridge to store all our drinks and snacks! I’m happy to find this place and will return if we play another tournament in BCS.
