Come enjoy this centrally located 2 bed 1 bath home with an extra private feel thanks to a large hedge surrounding the entire property. This home is only 4 miles to the popular Midtown Beach or the more relaxed Phipps Ocean Park. Other local favorites are

When stepping in the front door you enter the living room, next is the island that also serves as a dining table which leads you into the stocked kitchen with your basic cooking needs and also a small table with 2 chairs by the window. The bathroom has a shower with sliding glass doors, towels and washcloths provided. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed, dresser and closet with hangers. Bedroom 2 has a bunk bed (full size memory foam mattress on the bottom and single on the top), dresser and a small closet with hangers. The washer and dryer is just outside the back door in a laundry room with its own entrance. Then for the back yard there is the Hot Tub, a grill, dining table and some lounge chairs.

This is an absolutely wonderful property. All essentials present and well stocked, great neighborhood and very quiet. Communication was outstanding on all fronts after having to reschedule due to the east coast snow earlier in the winter. Property was extremely clean. The hot tub was awesome, very clean, and with the privacy shrubbery, very usable. A Publix within 5 minutes, great local restaurants close by, etc….I will absolutely stay at this property again while in S Florida. You won’t go wrong with this property.
