Absolutely lovely property with plenty of room for my family. Walking distance to Seattle University and quick drive to downtown. Will definitely choose this property again. Host was responsive and check in was simple. Loved the views from the rooftop deck during day and night.

Christmas in Seattle near Seattle U

Great place for a small group..awesome main room and bedrooms are comfortable. Longish walk to Capitol Hill but close to Seattle U and the ID; definitely will stay again

We loved our stay at this BnB - thank you! It was nice being outside of downtown, as we really enjoyed the scenic walks. The rooftop patio was a definite highlight! Check-in was easy and communication smooth. Thanks again, Eva & Sid!

This property was very nice and had plenty of space for 6 people. I liked that the bedrooms were on separate floors than the living room and kitchen. We had a great time.
