Ok stay if you don’t mind all the issues with the home
The house is aesthetically pleasing but looks can be deceiving. Upon our arrival we recieved an email from owner stating that a few things needed repairing and that we needed to set the previous guests’ trash out on the curve for pick up. A few things needing repair is an understatement. A lot of the lights didn’t work. The downstairs toilet had no handle and the 3rd floor toilet seat was loose. The pool was dirty and the garage smelled of urine and trash. The upstairs bunkbed room was musty and the toilet made a very loud buzzing noise when flushed. The second floor king room had no lights at all. Both balconies were dirty and the furniture on the second floor balcony was broken. My mom set on the couch and almost injured herself. I’m a lawyer and the only thing I could think about is if my mom had injured herself then that would have been a major lawsuit. Maintenance did come the next day but did something to the pool to where it was no longer heated and the spa was also cold. The water also started to go down in the pool. I advised Kevin of this and he told me to go to this gated area and turn on a “switch”. He did not advise me that the door to that gated area automatically closed and me and my daughter got locked in. I was panicked and had to push the gate as hard as I could and get my hand through the crack to unlock, injuring my right hand. The water was still cold, needless to say we couldn’t swim in it our get in the spa. No key to golf cart either. Overall not great
