Relax and enjoy this 2-bedroom cozy condo! It is conveniently located and ideal for a short term or long term rental. Snowbirds welcome! Location, location, location…10-min to Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport, downtown Tempe/ASU, Old Town Scottsdale, Cactus League Spring training, golf courses, The Mayo Clinic, concert venues, hiking trails, Aquarium, shopping! There are 2-community pools (1-heated), hot tub, picnic area, washer/dryer, cooking basics, free WiFi and cable.

The space
Cozy and functional. Two bedrooms each with a queen bed, dresser, tv, ceiling fans, etc. Two baths, each with a shower and tub and skylights. Living room has an oversized sectional and swivel chair. Dining table and four chairs, and fully functional kitchen. It's an upstairs unit, so must be okay with stairs. Private garage with washer dryer, and additional uncovered parking onsite.

Great Place

Thank you for a wonderful week I take my Granddaughter on spring break trips and we really liked this one. Location great and enjoyed our time.

Enjoyable Condo

Layout was just fine. 2 bathrooms for 2 bedrooms works well. Parking in garage is tight, a large waisted person would not be able to get out of full size car. Personally don't have streaming, so enjoyed opportunity to try it. Bathroom skylights were a plus. Living room was spacious and comfortable. Only 1.1 miles to Rt. 101 and 2 miles to Rt. 202. Downtown Scottsdale and Tempe are conveniently close.
