Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Good Time In York

I have stayed at a lot of VRBO and other online rentals and this was the best stocked home ever! My better half was able to cook a full birthday meal there!!! Great location! A little dated furnishings but that added to the charm! I would stay here again!

Charming and delightful ocean view cottage

We throughly loved our stay in lobster cove. We love clean and charming vintage cottages near the ocean and this place was delightful. We will return for sure.

A nice cottage away from the hullabaloo with ocean view

This cottage was as advertised... 2 bedrooms, an eat-in kitchen, living room and a full bathroom. You have a view of the ocean from the front deck and can hear the surf with the windows open. The cottage was fairly comfortable for a short stay. Luckily the weather was cool, because when we turned on the AC, the lights in the bedroom flickered to nearly off. I don't think my back could have managed more than the 3 nights on the full-size bed. The kitchen is equipped for most needs, but there are many things that should be replaced, like measuring cups. The cleanliness was not to my degree of liking. I made a complaint to the manager and they said they would be dealing with it directly, so if that is taken care of, then it would be a place I might go back to for another quick getaway.
