Two Bedroom 1 Bath Sleeps 4 comfortably 6 if needed

Cute cottage in a quiet area close to all the action in the York Beach area. ¼ mile to Short Sands Beach and ¾ mile to Long Sands Beach and the scenic Nubble Light House. Restaurants, shops, arcades and entertainment are just a short walk away.
Cottage is nicely decorated and sleeps 4 in two bedrooms. One bedroom has a full size bed and the other has bunk beds. There is also a full futon in the Living Room for an overnight guest or two. Open concept living room and kitchen area. Large outdoor patio area has lots of chairs for hanging out and has a dining table and gas grill. Patio is tucked away in an area with a canopy of trees. There is also a small front deck on the cabin with chairs for enjoying your morning coffee. Sheets and towels can be rented for $30 per room/double occupancy ($15 for just sheets).

Angry ocean weekend

We absolutely loved the cottage! It was perfect for us,& I could see it being comfortable with up to the six people it mentions in the advertisement. It was louder with extras that I wasn’t expecting, from every spice you can imagine to a washer & dryer unit! The entertainment center was packed with many games etc. we grilled out backyard! It really was a great weekend getaway!

Exceptional experience!

The cottage had abundantly everything we needed and was immaculate! The beds were luxurious and the kitchen filled with everything! It was within walking distance to two beaches and the downtown beachside shopping center. Definitely plan to make a return trip!

Great Cottage

Fantastic little beach cottage!

We had a wonderful stay at the cottage! It was clean, comfortable, and true to the photos. You can’t beat the location, and we had everything we needed for our stay. It was a short walk to Short Sands and still walkable, but just a slightly longer walk, to Long Sands. If returning to York, we would stay at the cottage again!

Awesome little beach home

It was great for our family to rent this cabin along with the main house on this property. Our 3 generations were able to spread out and enjoy the excellent York location - easy walk to both Long and Short Sands beaches, restaurants, etc.

Cozy little hideaway

We wanted an affordable stay in Cape Neddick that gave us a place to sleep and cook. This place is perfect. Only a couple of blocks from the ocean and "downtown", it was exactly what we needed. Very cleaned and well outfitted. It would be a great place for couples or a small family.

Great cottage in a great location

My family and I stayed at the cottage to enjoy a trip to York with our children (4 and 2). The cottage was very clean and as described in the listing. The location was great, very close to all the beach activities. Would definitely consider staying here again!

Perfect cozy cottage

We visited for a long wknd to attend a wedding. The bedding was cozy and kitchen had everything we needed to fix our breakfast and lunches! Communication was easy and friendly and we were able to enjoy the town which is a short walk from the cottage. Would return again!

Location,location,location

Although the weather wasn’t cooperating, the cabin itself is as described in the ad. We basically parked our truck and didn’t need to use it to get around town.Restaurants, beach and things to do are all in walking distance. We contacted the owners about a minor issue( broken door knob) and response was immediate.

Cutest place

This place was perfect! We loved everything about it. Owners were great. Close walking distance to everything we wanted to go to. The beach buggy was great for us to be able to get all our things to the beach! I would definitely stay again and have already sent link to a friend that's interested in staying!

Walk to Nubble Light

Cute cottage. Great location. 3/4 mile walk to Nubble Light - easy to catch the sunrise if you are awake in time. Well stocked kitchen. TV with cable and DVD player. Convenient to downtown area of York Beach. Owners were very communicative and accessible.
