About this property

Cute cottage in a quiet area close to all the action in the York Beach area. ¼ mile to Short Sands Beach and ¾ mile to Long Sands Beach and the scenic Nubble Light House. Restaurants, shops, arcades and entertainment are just a short walk away.
Cottage is nicely decorated and sleeps 4 in two bedrooms. One bedroom has a full size bed and the other has bunk beds. There is also a full futon in the Living Room for an overnight guest or two. Open concept living room and kitchen area. Large outdoor patio area has lots of chairs for hanging out and has a dining table and gas grill. Patio is tucked away in an area with a canopy of trees. There is also a small front deck on the cabin with chairs for enjoying your morning coffee. Sheets and towels can be rented for $30 per room/double occupancy ($15 for just sheets).

Exceptional experience!

The cottage had abundantly everything we needed and was immaculate! The beds were luxurious and the kitchen filled with everything! It was within walking distance to two beaches and the downtown beachside shopping center. Definitely plan to make a return trip!

Home away from home!

Tucked back a short 9 minute walk from Short Sands Beach, is a cute little cabin! Perfect place for our 3-day weekend and conveniently located to Nubble and Short Sands! Would stay here again. 🌊🏖🌞

Fantastic little beach cottage!

We had a wonderful stay at the cottage! It was clean, comfortable, and true to the photos. You can’t beat the location, and we had everything we needed for our stay. It was a short walk to Short Sands and still walkable, but just a slightly longer walk, to Long Sands. If returning to York, we would stay at the cottage again!

Cozy little hideaway

We wanted an affordable stay in Cape Neddick that gave us a place to sleep and cook. This place is perfect. Only a couple of blocks from the ocean and "downtown", it was exactly what we needed. Very cleaned and well outfitted. It would be a great place for couples or a small family.

Little yellow Cabin

This cabin is a little hidden gem. It is the perfect home away from home. It has everything & more that you need to make your beach stay amazing. Great location. It is a very short walk to short sands and all the downtown shops. Long sands is also just a short walk.The cabin was very clean & so cutely decorated. The owners were very friendly & commutation was great. We definitely look forward to staying here again.

Awesome little beach home

It was great for our family to rent this cabin along with the main house on this property. Our 3 generations were able to spread out and enjoy the excellent York location - easy walk to both Long and Short Sands beaches, restaurants, etc.

Great cottage in a great location

My family and I stayed at the cottage to enjoy a trip to York with our children (4 and 2). The cottage was very clean and as described in the listing. The location was great, very close to all the beach activities. Would definitely consider staying here again!

Great spot!

Adorable little cottage! Private, quiet. Great location - walking distance to both beaches, town & Nubble Light. Nice yard with chairs where I sat in the shade on hot days. Wi-Fi, tv, even a washer & dryer. Fully equipped kitchen. Especially appreciated the refrig stocked with ketchup, mayo, mustard. Pantry had coffee filters, sugar, spices - all the little things I hate to have to buy on vacation. Wonderful stay!

Perfect cozy cottage

We visited for a long wknd to attend a wedding. The bedding was cozy and kitchen had everything we needed to fix our breakfast and lunches! Communication was easy and friendly and we were able to enjoy the town which is a short walk from the cottage. Would return again!

Location,location,location

Although the weather wasn’t cooperating, the cabin itself is as described in the ad. We basically parked our truck and didn’t need to use it to get around town.Restaurants, beach and things to do are all in walking distance. We contacted the owners about a minor issue( broken door knob) and response was immediate.
