About this property

Cute cottage in a quiet area close to all the action in the York Beach area. ¼ mile to Short Sands Beach and ¾ mile to Long Sands Beach and the scenic Nubble Light House. Restaurants, shops, arcades and entertainment are just a short walk away.
Cottage is nicely decorated and sleeps 4 in two bedrooms. One bedroom has a full size bed and the other has bunk beds. There is also a full futon in the Living Room for an overnight guest or two. Open concept living room and kitchen area. Large outdoor patio area has lots of chairs for hanging out and has a dining table and gas grill. Patio is tucked away in an area with a canopy of trees. There is also a small front deck on the cabin with chairs for enjoying your morning coffee. Sheets and towels can be rented for $30 per room/double occupancy ($15 for just sheets).

Walk to Nubble Light

Cute cottage. Great location. 3/4 mile walk to Nubble Light - easy to catch the sunrise if you are awake in time. Well stocked kitchen. TV with cable and DVD player. Convenient to downtown area of York Beach. Owners were very communicative and accessible.

Perfect cozy cottage

We visited for a long wknd to attend a wedding. The bedding was cozy and kitchen had everything we needed to fix our breakfast and lunches! Communication was easy and friendly and we were able to enjoy the town which is a short walk from the cottage. Would return again!
