Oceanfront modern 2 bedroom cottage at Nubble Light house in York Maine. Sit on the rocks watching the tourists admiring your view of Nubble Cove and the Nubble Lighthouse. Sit on your deck or inside your cottage watching the Nubble Lighthouse and the waves crashing against the rocks. Listen to the ocean as you drift off to sleep.

No Smoking in Cottage or on the Nubble Cove grounds and No Pets!

New bathroom and fully equipped new kitchen with quartz countertops, beadboard cabinets, cathedral ceiling with new ceiling fan and skylight/roof window, ceramic tile floor, new refrigerator and dishwasher, built-in microwave, new washer/dryer, fireplace, flat screen Roku TV, cable TV, new hardwood floors with area rugs in living room and bedrooms, completely renovated (Bath Fitters) bath, new Weber gas grill, new large Trek deck and railings with views of the ocean and the lighthouse with cedar deck furniture with comfy cushions, Access to private 2.5 acres with 400 foot ocean frontage. Free WIFI is provided.

Queen-size bed in one bedroom and 2 twin beds in the second bedroom, plus a full-size sleeper couch in living room.

New Cedar siding and new Anderson 400 series windows including 2 picture windows and sliding door to deck and sliding windows in kitchen, bedroom, and living room and velux roof window in living room. Also, eliptical and awning windows in peak.

Please bring your own towels and bedding, and pillows for pullout couch. Sheets/linens for the queen bed and twin beds are provided.

Cottage by Nubble.

Could use some maintenance on deck and an umbrella. Bedroom closet should be better organized for guests. Loft should be organized. On the plus side lots of cookware and cooking tools.

Deb’s cottage by Nubble was absolutely amazing. I could have spent the whole week on the deck. We know York Beach very well and have been going for years. It was such a great week. Would highly recommend.

Wonderful Location!

A very cozy cottage in a beautiful location! We were looking for a peaceful and relaxing location to get away and found it here near the Nubble Light House. The property was clean and quiet with wonderful views of the ocean and the light house. There are many family-friendly destinations close by including beaches, restaurants, shopping and ice cream. We hope to return again in the future!

Love Nubble Lighthouse

Nicely decorated. Would not be suitable for more than four people. Bathroom very small, front deck great in nice weather. Great base to explore the area. We did not cook there because of all the wonderful restaurants but lots of pans and dishes. Beds comfortable.

Peaceful getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this cottage. It was extremely clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. We enjoyed the view of the ocean and lighthouse. It was nice to be so close to Nubble Lighthouse. We walked there a couple times a day. We were also able to walk to Short Sands beach from there. It is the perfect spot for a relaxing vacation. Thank you Deb for letting us stay at your beautiful cottage.

Breathtaking Sunrises

Cozy, clean cottage with a breathtaking view of the sunrise right at the kitchen table (or deck). My family had a great, very memorable week at the beach centered around this lovely property. Watching the antics of the local groundhogs was an added bonus. Was amazed at how quiet and serene it felt with the hustle and bustle of Sohier Park just on the other side of the hedges. Parking for day visitors was a definite plus.

Great cottage

Loved being close to the Nubble so we could walk up anytime. Saw beautiful sunrises. Cottage was clean, comfortable and kitchen well stocked with dishes and cookware. Spent lots of the on the deck watching the ocean, lobster boats, Nubble. Owner easy to work with. Had 4 adults - probably wouldn't want to exceed that. Will stay here again.

Lovely cottage, beautifully situated, with amazing views

Our family of three stayed in this lovely cottage right next to Nubble Lighthouse in late June. The cottage has a very nice kitchen and a wonderful deck looking out at the ocean and Nubble Light. The property is clean and well-appointed, and the beds are comfortable. We took nice walks to Long Sands and Short Sands beaches each day of our stay. The host was very nice and arrival and departure details were straightforward. We would definitely stay again!

Beautiful and peaceful cottage and location!

The cottage is perfect for relaxing with incredible views of the ocean and Nubble Light. As soon as we got there the stress was gone and just sitting on the deck and sleeping at night with the ocean breeze is heaven. We had everything we needed in the cottage to make it easy to just relax and enjoy. Great morning walk, dinner at Fox's restaurant next door, ice cream 100 yards away and two beaches a mile away. Couldn't have found a better location and the owners are very accomodating, friendly and excellent to deal with. Thanks so much for a great vacation.

Absolutely Beautiful

We could have asked for a more beautiful place to spend our week! The weather was absolutely gorgeous to top it off! The cottage was amazing - cozy, clean and close to either beach. The most peaceful place to watch the waves, the sunrises and sunsets. Thank you Deb for a memorable week - I hope we can get two weeks next year - one week was just not enough.

Lovely Small Cottage-Great Views

My husband Jim and friend Melody and I had a wonderful week in this lovely cottage. We enjoyed the great views. The weather was fantastic the entire week. My favorite part was the closeness to the Nubble Lighthouse which has a special meeting for my husband and I- we were married there July 26, 2006. With the Fox's Restaurant and the Nubble Lighthouse right there we thought it might be a little noisy but it was truly very quiet and peaceful. We loved sitting out on the deck. The view of the Nubble Lighthouse while eating breakfast at the table was truly beautiful. I would truly recommend this lovely cottage for 2-4 people.

Seascape escape extraordinaire!

Sights, sounds, comfort and location were most relaxing! Have stayed in the York Beach area since the 1950s . . . staying so close or proximate to the Nubble Lighthouse was w o n d e r f u l ! Both Short Sands and Long Sands Beaches were within one (1) walking mile in either direction if so desired, a beach destination or just a pleasant walk. Brown's Ice Cream and Fox's Lobster Pound Take-out/Restaurant were short walking distances from the cottage. We dined out twice for local, fresh seafood and prepared our remaining meals in the clean, bright, sunny, modern, well-equipped kitchen. Marketing was conveniently done at Hannaford's on Route 1 (York Corner) upon arrival. One improvement suggested would be the condition of the floors/worn carpet . . . threadbare in spots and overlaid with well-trod area rugs. Some lighting did not seem to work and the rattan deck furniture has seen better days; however, the cushions made for comfortable seating (and napping)! Yes, I definitely would recommend this rental property to a friend and hopefully plan to return next year. The rental fee was somewhat steep given our budget allowance; that is, required it to be shared by two families (4 adults)given the economy and unemployment. A very special and wonderful family vacation shared together for the first time in many, many years!

Since 2011, we have replaced our carpeting with Australian Cypress hard wood floors and new area rugs. A switch was repaired and all the lighting works perfectly. Our deck furniture was replaced with beautiful solid Cypress Adirondack style furniture. We have a loveseat, 2 large chairs, and a coffee table. Our comfy cushions still fit quite nicely. We believe our rental rates are very reasonable for an oceanfront cottage. Deb Ford

We had such a great week in this cottage, Cottage is so cute. Small but just fine for us. Al had a great Fathers day children came up for the day and had fun. We enjoyed the beautiful view, and enjoyed all the people on the rocks just out to enjoy.

Million Dollar View

This cottage is a little bit of heaven on earth! If you are looking for some relaxation, peace and quiet, wonderful ocean views and being close to shopping etc. this is the place for you! And the view of the famous lighthouse was a major bonus!
