Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Please leave the 4 beach badges on the kitchen table. Reminder any missing badges cost $100.

Please take all trash and recycling to the dumpster in the parking lot inside the gate.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Tenants agree to maintain the rental in good order and to surrender it in the same condition as received and as reasonable wear and tear.

Tenants agree to abide by the Borough's local laws and ordinances regarding noise/disturbing the peace, trash, recycling and underage drinking.

Smoking in the home will be a $500 fine. Beach Badges lost are $100 each. These will be claimed from the damage protection.

Great communication with owner before and during stay. Unit was very clean, bed very comfortable. GREAT location in a quiet area. Was very nice having a covered " front porch " to sit outside at when we came off the beach. Would definitely stay there again.

We did find the same pros and cons as most people. A very clean property best suited for two people or two young people with a small child. You can’t beat the location, it is about 50 steps from the end of the boardwalk. You also have many fine bars and restaurants within the ocean Terrace and Boulevard streets area. In one directionThere is a CVS less than a 10 minute walk away and in the other direction, there is a 711 about a 10 to 12 minute walk away. We had a nice covered front porch which is shared .There is a designated offstreet parking space on the side of the building.Some issues we personally had were that the bathroom is small and the standup shower(which has excellent water pressure) is very small and hard to maneuver in. Floor space is only 3‘ x 3. As mentioned by other guests, only two bath towels are available which is a little inconvenient because there is no washer or dryer on premises and it seems to be most people will stay here between two and five days. There’s also one dish towel for the kitchen area and that’s it. The dorm room furniture in the dining area and living area are very uncomfortable. The AC units in the living area and the bedroom were efficient and fairly quiet.A nice enough property, but personally probably would not stay here again.
