The Aqua Palms building includes a plunge pool, grilling area, fitness room and sun deck. Paid laundry on P3 floor.

QUIET HOURS - 9:00pm - 8:00am. Parties not Allowed.
CLOTHING AND LAUNDRY - Clothing or laundry shall not be hung in doorways, windows or lanais and shall not be visible in any manner from outside the Apartment.
AIR CONDITIONING - ALWAYS turn off when not in the condo, and please be mindful not to have it on when lanai doors are open. Slider Doors MUST BE closed for A/C to operate. Some doors are sensitive so adjust the left or right to hear the beep. Use remote to control the temperature of the A/C unit (located above TV) DO NOT set below 72 degrees.
CHECK OUT CLEANING - ALL Garbage should be removed and placed in the TRASH ROOM in parking floors, before departure. Failure to leave the unit tidy can result in a $60+ charge. This is our second home and we greatly appreciate it if you treat it like your own.
SAND - Please remove sand and shells from your legs and feet, from pockets, bathing suits and towels BEFORE entering the unit and showers. We ask that you shake all sand out outside the lobby.

The place look nice in the pics .the condo wasn't clean the carpet was staines.fridge broken
The condo fridge was broken and dirty dishes in the cabinet. The condo had tracshcan right next to room you could hear door open all times of the day.inly thing good was the bed was comfortable.

Great stay at a prime location with parking included
The check in process was straight forward, the host communicated with me prior and it went smoothly. The room was clean and had a nice city view. The location was unbeatable , situated within a 10 minute walk from ala moana centre and Waikiki . The cherry on top was the included designated parking stall (not first come first serve like many other places ). Highly recommended !

Waikiki Studio
Host: Communicates well, detailed and timely. Unit: Cozy studio for 2 people with a balcony (hotel room style). Comfortable king bed and bedding. Nice amount of drawer space. Small shower with nice water pressure, shower gel, soap, and lotion. Host conveniently provided beach towels and chairs. Parking/Building/Area: Great that parking was included with this rental! The parking deck is tight and on a first-come first-serve basis. The building is older but gets the job done. Short walking distance to the beach, shopping, and eateries.

This studio is by Fort DeRussy Park, Hilton Hawaiian village, a very easy stroll to Beaches, the Friday night Fireworks, and the Marina. There are several great restaurants in the area and the Ala Moana shopping center is just around the corner
