The house was as described and really nice. It was in a quiet neighborhood that felt like being out but you are just minutes from everything. The bed was very comfy and the kitchen well equipped. I would certainly stay there again.

We loved our stay at Sunnyvale. It was like a home away from home. It was so close to Dollywood and just a short drive into Gatlinburg where we love to visit. Our host gave us perfect instructions and I know they would have been there had we needed. Overall wonderful place to stay and I highly recommend.

Amazing stay!

Great location that allows you to bring your fur baby. The owners are very responsive and friendly and very affordable. The place was newly renovated and very clean. Will definitely be staying here again when back in the area.

Great Place to Stay

Our family loved this place! It is conveniently located near the heart of Pigeon Forge. It was very clean, the furnishings were nice, and it had all the amenities we needed. And, we were able to bring our dog with us. We will defintely stay here again.

Secluded yet near everything

We enjoyed staying here. Place was nice and clean and very quiet. Not far from all the attractions yet tucked away just far enough from any noise from traffic or otherwise. We plan on comming back here again.
