Use this newly-built home as your serene base as you explore the Springs! This place's size and proximity to the local attractions and activities make it an ideal place for a group or friends or a family.
This home comfortably accommodates 6 people but has capacity for 9 (using sofa pull-out and included air bed).

10 mins to Cheyenne Mountain & Zoo

This home is a New build - everything works perfectly and is new!

2 Roku Enabled TVs (55" in the living room and 32" in master bedroom),
Pull out sectional sofa,
Self-inflating Air mattress supplied
Washer/dryer (will NOT be installed until October 6),
Fully fenced backyard (garden games kit provided),
2 car electric door garage and 2 car outdoor parking,
Kitchen equipped with cooking utensils and cutlery
Very hot water in showers with excellent pressure
Ceiling fans in all bedrooms and living room

The main level has a 1/2 bath, and a large open area that contains the living room, dining area, and oversized kitchen with an island and gas range.

Upstairs are 3 bedrooms, including the master, Master, and guest bathrooms and laundry area.

Disappointing Check-in

The initial check-in process was a horrible experience with this property and host. No information was shared prior to check-in and I even messaged the host a few times with no response. I made it to the end of the cancellation/refund process before I received check-in information from the host. This was 2 hours after I was suppose to be checked into the property. At arrive the property was clean and up to expected standards, but the yard needed to be mowed before it could be used. A few days into our stay we received a knock on the door at 11pm in the evening. I was concerned to answer the door that late, so I waited. Thankfully this property seems to be in a good/safe location. I eventually opened the door and an older couple booked the same property with the another rental company. Not sure if this was error on hosts side or a technology issue. Based on my experience I would not recommend staying at this property. Maybe the miscommunication issue was a one time error.
