This cozy 3-bedroom + loft, 2-bathroom home is perfect for up to eight guests. The Blue River community is a close drive to town; it’s a popular place for people looking to escape the hustle and bustle of downtown Breck but be “close to the action.” You’ll also love the nearby hiking/biking/snowshoeing trails! Just a short walk away from the Breckenridge Free Ride shuttle stop to whisk you and your guests away to the mountains while being able to avoid the headache of last-minute downtown parking.

Inside, the living area features a gas stove, comfy seating, and large windows that fill the area with natural light. Just outside, there’s a great deck sitting next to the river with a table and chairs, making it the perfect place to enjoy the cool mountain breeze. The kitchen has quartz counters and stainless-steel appliances, as well as all the gear you’ll need to whip up a culinary mountain masterpiece. The farmhouse style table in the dining room has room for six, and there’s room for two more at the breakfast bar.

There’s also a full laundry area and complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the home. Plus, every Summit Mountain Rentals property comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. This was the perfect cozy cabin in a really great location. Only took us about 5 minutes to drive into Main Street in Breckenridge. The fireplace was our favorite part and we loved using the family board games! Will absolutely book here again. No issues with arrival or departure, host was great. Only suggestion I can leave is maybe a fan and humidifier for every room- the cabin air does get really dry.

Great value. Great spot. The river is beautiful. The immersion in the woods is amazing. Kitchen, outdoor tools, and linens all well stocked. Things that could be improved: Property does NOT have operational humidifiers (have two but they don’t work well, ran them for days without success) which makes the stay very hard on guests from out of town not adjusted to the dry air. I reached out to the property managers every day we were there and never got the situation resolved before our departure. Family had nose bleeds and poor sleep every night due to this issue for the whole trip. That said the location along the river and the price did make this a good option for our vacation, next time I’ll just bring my own humidifier so I can enjoy my vacation and sleep better. It’d be nice if cleaning crew could make sure all linens are in one spot. I had to look all over the house, each room and closet to find it all (it was not like the picture where there all on tha rack in the laundry) The game closet is crazy mess, nice there are games, but they’re messy and all are missing pieces. Just needs some TLC and clean up to make it a real feature.

Great Basecamp

We stayed for a week and highly enjoyed it! The beds were comfortable, there were plenty of towels and blankets, easy to find and simple check in process. The bathrooms and kitchen were clean. We had 3 adults, 2 kids and had plenty of room (although the house isn't huge by any means) We absolutely loved the stream that runs thru the property. Breck is only 5 min drive and we liked that the house wasn't in th craziness of town. Would definitely stay again.
