A Beach House “Gem”

The house was amazing from the beginning. Plenty of parking. The ramp & wagon made transporting our stuff up to the house easier. Then the views of the beach and sunrise are just amazing. The house is fully stocked and shows the love and care the Host has for their guests comfort. This is one of our favorite beach front homes. We are a group of 8 to 12 older women who have visited Surfside for over 20 years. It’s doesn’t get any better than this house. The location on the beach is just right and the covered patio is a plus. The Gem is definitely a jewel on the beach. The Host communication is spot on and was greatly appreciated. Thank you for sharing your beach home with us.

Impressive Beach House

We were beyond impressed by the house. It’s so nice to stay directly on the beach and the host had everything stocked we needed. Location was perfect and quiet; close to golf cart rentals and in a wonderful neighborhood with respectful neighbors. Kids loved the beach toys and books provided. We hope to return to Surfside and would love to stay here again!

Diamond In The Rough!

“The Gem” is a lovely beachside home. The location is spectacular! The deck facing the beach/gulf is tranquil & well done, and the house is designed and well maintained to comfortably host 2 good sized families. The owner, Janet, was exceptional in being attentive without being intrusive. My family had an amazing Spring Break, and we look forward to staying there again soon.
