Very clean, beautiful wooded area, Lucia our host was amazing, very helpful and communicate perfect.

Our stay was very enjoyable and very nice and clean. I would definitely stay again if I come back to Rome.

Relaxing and convenient

House was a perfect spot to relax after a busy day in the city and convenient walk to the train station and local stores/restaurants

Le logement est une partie d'un batiment d'un seul étage situé dans une proprieté privée et fermée. L'environnement est calme, la route à coté est peu passante, le voisinage est discret. Le logement comprend deux chambres de taille tres correcte et un petit séjour, l'equipement est complet meme si un peu vieillot.Il y a une gare a exactement 17 mn de marche ou 5mn de voiture (parking gratuit) vous amenant au coeur de rome en 45mn et plusieurs lieux à 30mn de voiture à visiter.Voiture tres fortement recommandée, ne serait ce que pour faire des courses. Il y a beaucoup de commerces a 10mn de voiture mais tres loin a pied (ne vous fiez pas a la carte visuellement, il y a une ligne férrée à contourner, même à pied). Lucia a un guide tres bien fait concernant l'arrivée, les aspects pratiques de la vie sur place et les lieux a visiter.En plus des classiques, Ostia Antica cité romaine complete est vraiment sympa.

Grâce à vous, nous avons passé un séjour formidable à Rome et nous en garderons un merveilleux souvenir.Vous avez toujours été d’une grande gentillesse, très disponible et incroyablement réactive. Que ce soit pour remplacer immédiatement la cafetière, nous conseiller d’excellents restaurants, répondre à toutes nos questions ou, surtout, nous aider avec beaucoup de patience lors de notre problème avec la Vespa, vous avez toujours été présente. Votre aide nous a été très précieuse et nous vous en sommes sincèrement reconnaissants.Des hôtes comme vous sont rares. Nous recommanderons votre logement avec le plus grand plaisir et nous espérons avoir l’occasion de revenir un jour.Un immense merci pour tout, et au plaisir de vous revoir.

L'hébergement est idéalement placé.La gare est à 15 minutes à pied, de là on a accès au métro et à tous les sites touristiques de Rome. La voiture reste a l'abri dans une cour sécurisée.La maison est très agréable aussi bien par son intérieur joliment décoré que par son espace extérieur agréable pour se détendre.L'arrivée autonome est très simple.Un grand merci à la propriétaire, Lucia, pour ses précieux conseils et surtout sa disponibilité et sa gentillesse.

Lucia ist eine Top-Gasgeberin, die sich immer sofort um alles kümmert. Besser geht‘s nicht. Der Garten ist ein Traum. Zu Fuß sind‘s keine 15 Minuten zum Bahnhof und 1/2 Stunde später ist man mitten in Rom.

Tolle Unterkunft in der Nähe von Rom

Super nette und hilfsbereite Vermieterin! Problemloser Check-in/Check-out. Die Anbindung zum Zug nach Rom ist top (1km bis zum Bahnhof). Im Haus ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Gern wieder !!!

schöne Wohnung zur Stadtbesichtigung

Problemloses Check-in / Check-out, netter und sehr hilfsbereiter Kontakt mit der Eigentümerin. Wohnung ist geräumig, sauber und gut gelegen zum Bahnhof (1km) zur Anbindung Rom City. Parkplatz im Innenhof mit Tor vorhanden. Einziger Nachteil waren viele Mücken und leider kein Pool auf dem Gelände (Freibad zu Fuß aber in 5 Min.).

The municipality of Rome does not carry out disinfestation and it is normal in summer time to face with them. I will provide for next guests a set of spray for external use, to keep them far while guests enjoy the dinner or the sofa in the garden outside. I am glad that the house and the welcome satisfied your expectation and that the swimming pool of the sport center was useful to refresh the hot days of your stay.

Kurzaufenthalt um Rom zu besichtigen

Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Die Lage des Hauses perfekt. Die Anbindung zum Zug nach Rom super. Sehr nette Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin- alles war sehr gut organisiert (Videos, Anfahrtsbeschreibungen, Whats App Kontakt) und hat prima funktioniert.
