With incredible views, a private pool & spa, a pickleball net, and a putting green, you will feel right at home! Just 30 minutes from Zion National Park, you'll be able to visit some of the most beautiful landmarks in the state. Sand Hollow Reservoir and Quail Lake are just a short drive away; with gorgeous views and rentals available, you'll easily be able to find an adventure. This home features 3 55-60-Inch televisions with streaming services, high-speed internet, 2 desks for remote work, and parking for 5 vehicles and an RV. The beautiful private pool can be heated upon arrival for an additional fee.

This beautiful home has four bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms. The first bedroom features a comfortable king-sized bed with an ensuite bathroom. There are two queen bedrooms, and one is connected to an ensuite bathroom. The bunk room features two triple-tier bunk beds. This beautiful home sleeps up to ten people, so it will surely be a hit for your next vacation!

Nice property. Wasn’t perfect but enjoyable

We booked this property because of space, location and hot tub/ pool. When we arrived after long day of travel the hot tub was unusable because of prior renters. Although property was inspected we had to report the issue with hot tub. Management responded fast but we had to wait til next day. Pool person was fantastic! Nice space to hang out!!

Negatives: The outside furniture needed a thorough cleaning. We were unable to use the outside table until we wiped it down. The patio furniture was dusty and the cushions were stained. The first floor living room furniture was very uncomfortable and needs replaced. First floor master bedroom mattress is uncomfortable. Blue comforter on 2nd floor bed is stained. 2 vacant houses across the street was concerning for safety reasons. Garbage cans were full on our arrival.Positives: Kitchen was well stocked. Pool and hot tub were clean. Appreciated being able to park inside the garage. Closeness to Zion NP. House has plenty of space.

Great location for exploring

Roomy and comfortable home, close to Zion National Park and endless mountain bike trails. Our group stayed for a week, and enjoyed having the home as our base while we explored the area during the day. Cooked all of our meals at the home, enjoyed the hot tub, the home was clean and beds comfortable. Good communication with the rental agency.

Wonderful Property

We really enjoyed staying at this property. Great location in a quiet neighborhood that was nice to come back to after our day's activities. The pool and hot tub were awesome and the house itself was well maintained. Highly recommend!

The house was great! Easy drive to Zion and there was plenty to do at the house when we wanted a break from hiking. The kids loved the heated pool and pickle ball. And we all enjoyed the hot tub. Everything was clean and spacious.

The home was perfect had large backyard with bbq pool and spa even had parking for an Rv this house has everything you need for a great stay in zion national park area will definitely recommend to others to stay here much better value then the $280 a night hotels

Wonderful house, great stay!

We had a wonderful stay here! The house was very well equipped, had comfy beds and furniture, and everything we needed. We really enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub after hiking. There were only three of us staying at the house, but it could easily accommodate two families. We also really liked La Verkin - its a cute little town with some great places to eat. We will definitely be back.

Lovely place

Loved the pool. Was perfect after a hot morning of hiking. We could enjoy the pool and eat at our place. Wal-mart was close enough so we went and got everything we needed. Location was about 30 min to Zion and wasn't a bad drive at all.

Family get away

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The pool and hot tub were a must due to the hot temps. This property is located for a short drive to Zion NP and driving distance to other parks. The house was comfortable with plenty of room for 6 adult guests. As other reviewers have stated there are ants but keeping the kitchen clean helps minimize this. The pool area was cleaned while we were there so we had no issues with the outside areas being dirty. Communication was great and check in was a breeze. Would definitely stay again if we are in the area.
