It's easy to relax in the spacious living room, which is clean and bright with fun pops of color. Sink into the comfortable sectional and watch your favorite show on the large flatscreen TV. Then head to the garage for a fun surprise – it's been transformed into a game room! Challenge the crew to a game of foosball or pool. Right off of the garage you'll find a mudroom with everything from bench seating and storage to a sink and washer/dryer, making it easy to enjoy the outdoors without a care.

Start your morning with a cup of coffee from the Keurig and use the bar seating to have a casual breakfast right there in the kitchen, where you can admire the beautiful, modern design and stainless steel appliances. The gorgeous kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare something tasty.

Enjoy your meal steps away in the beautiful dining space, adorned with palm fronds. There is plenty of room for everyone at the large dining table with seating for eight.

When in Arizona, you want a little pool time, and this spacious backyard does not disappoint. After a day of floating in the pool, enjoy the luxurious feel of the tiled pool deck and patio under your feet. Relax in the sunshine on a lounge chair, then fire up the grill and have dinner al fresco on one of two dining tables. With a high school located behind the property, you'll have an open view of the sunset (and you can even cheer for the teams on game night). End the night with a friendly game of cornhole or ladder golf while the kids and dogs enjoy the grassy yard.

Dog friendly. Up to 2 dogs are allowed ($150 fee per dog).
Depending on availability, early check-ins and late check-outs may be possible for a $50 fee; check with the guest assistant for details.

No parties or events.
Neighborhood quiet hours outside after 10 pm.
There is a camera on the front door and in the backyard for security purposes. The backyard camera has a partial view of the pool area as well as other parts of the yard.

Tempe Palms is located in a quiet residential area just a few minutes from ASU. Walk to Selleh Park to enjoy the beautiful walking paths around the duck pond and the fun playground. Then head out to explore the exciting bars, restaurants, shopping, and other attractions in Tempe, Scottsdale, and Phoenix, all within 15 miles from our home. Spend a morning at one of many golf clubs in the area, explore the Desert Botanical Garden, visit the Phoenix Zoo or SeaLife Phoenix Aquarium, or hike in Papago Park. Check out a concert or comedy show at the Tempe Center for the Arts, kayak at Tempe Town Lake, head to an outdoor festival at Tempe Beach Park, or catch a professional sporting event at Wells Fargo Arena. And don't forget to explore the shopping, dining, and nightlife in Tempe and Phoenix. There is something for everyone!
