Thank you taking the time to leave us a review! We appreciate your kind words and are glad you had a great experience. We would love to host you again at 707 B in the future!
This is a neat, comfortable condo on the ground floor of a small, charmingly old-school two-story condo building just a stone's throw from the dunes. You can see the ocean from the living room. Very clean, plenty of space for 2-4 people, all accommodations one may want, and just a few blocks from the pier village. Highly recommend!

Thank you so much for your review! We would love to host you again on a future visit!
My friend and I spent 4 days at this property in St. Simon's Island for some rest and relaxation. The location was wonderful; across the street from the beach and within walking distance of the lighthouse, pier, restaurants and shops! The property was very clean and comfortable. I would recommend to the property owners to provide just a little coffee (k-cups) so guests do not have go in search for that first cup of coffee in the morning. Sitting on the porch having coffee in the morning and wine in the evening, listening to the ocean was a delight.

Thank you so much for your glowing review, Sonna! We are so happy you enjoyed your stay and look forward to hosting you again in the future!
Wow. We are absolutely in love with the rental. It was the perfect location. They are not lying about being so close to the beach. Everything was as listed. We cannot wait to return.
Only thing we recommend is book a golf cart early! Thatās the only thing we missed out on. Itās much easier to get around on the island.

The space is nice. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. Thingās worth mentioning⦠the master bedroom does not have its own connecting bathroom. It is Located down the hall. This is a 2 story building, this unit on the ground level. You can hear every foot step, sneeze and snore from upstairs.

If youāre looking for location only
The location was ideal! You can walk or bike everywhere. Otherwise the property needs updating. Little things like the toilet seat has paint chipped off, seems like an easy fix. We were on the first floor and you can hear every step of the people above you (one family walked around till midnight). If any resident was using the hose outside to wash sand off then there was no water in our place. Unfortunately that happened multiple times while one of us was in the shower. The water would start to trickle out and you had to wait till the person outside turned the hose off. The kitchen supplies need updating or to be replaced. The keurig coffee maker was broken. No big deal? It happens and the management was quick to respond. That was great. However they brought a new machine and left it on a side table. They didnāt set it up or take the old one. Overall we had a wonderful time with our two littles because of the location and we love St. Simons. If youāre only looking for location then the place is good but know it needs work.

Hi Nicole! Thank you for your review and for bringing these items to our attention. We appreciate you letting us know and we will bring these concerns to the team and the homeowner. We are happy to hear you enjoyed the location and hope to host you again in the future!
This unit had a beautiful view of the ocean from the front porch. Clean. Well Lit. Nice. Comfortable. A/C was loud when it was on and it would have been nice to have a TV in the bedroom. Neither of those are problems, really. We were woken up Friday morning at 8AM by banging, hammering and circle-saw...guys were replacing the railing on the deck above us. It was irritating, but I get it & it looked like they were almost finished, so my grand-daughter and I got up and went to the beach. When we came back from the beach the workers had moved downstairs and had torn off our front porch railing and were sitting on our chairs, with a microwave on our table outside having lunch! One guy on speaker, with presumed HOA, telling guy to "build it back exactly like it was." I texted property mgt we felt it inconsiderate to tear down our porch occupied. They replied they did not know this and immediately contacted the HOA. HOA said railing was "out of code" and that they would be gone in a few moments. Guys left for an hour, then came and stayed all day Friday, coming back Saturday to haul off the old railing/nails. Property manager was apologetic for being unaware, but ultimately was not able to remedy the situation. We likely won't stay here again, only because of the inconsiderate behavior of the HOA, not because of the property, the property mgt. or the Unit and it's beautiful location. It was Easter weekend and we paid for that space for that time, once a year.

Thank you so much for this great and honest review, Jason. We sincerely apologize again for the HOA taking on this project while the unit was occupied, especially while you were trying to enjoy your Easter vacation with your granddaughter. It was a pleasure hosting you and we do hope to host you again on SSI some time soon! Safe travels home to you.
This condo is located on a quiet street in a great location. It's across the street from the beach, a few blocks from the village, and a nice walk down to the King and Prince. This was our third stay at this location and just love it.
It was immaculate and close to everything. You get a view but mitt a waterfront
Property. Restaurants were quite close by sighing walking distance. However we did not feel comfortable walking in Oglethorpe at night. Very convenient and well stocked. But has salt and pepper only so u need to be mindful. The one thing we did not like was the bathrooms. Not attached to any bedroom but was not a major issue. We did not luck with creeping floors. They were walking at all times of the night - 11pm, midnight 4am and 5am. It was hard sometimes to sleep. Overall a very nice place.
We had a wonderful stay and will definitely come back again very peaceful very close to so much, this is definitely a great location and the property managers were awesome to work with
Nice place for our family of 4. The condo had all new appliances and that was really nice. The kitchen was stocked enough to allow us to cook most meals. The Ocean is right across the street and can be seen from the living room and front patio.
Location is within walking distance of the Lighthouse, Pier, and restaurants. We also walked to the Coast Guard museum, although it was a bit of a distance.
Internet bandwidth was no issue to support streaming TV and all of our devices. We can say after 9 days, it was an enjoyable stay. We think we had an exceptional value with this rental.
We loved our place. Roomie for 2 people. Not as modern as some places if that's what you want. Location was great to the pier, lighthouse, and restaurants. You need to be able overlook the people walking above you. (Just walking, wasn't bad and there is a box fan in the closet that helps too.) I think a sign for the outside shower would have been helpful. We didn't find it til the 3rd. Day. Also a pull cord. We would stay here again.
We decided at last minute to head to the beach for one last trip before cold weather. This place was perfect. Great location close to town and just a walk from the beach. It was very well stocked with everything you would need for a long weekend. We cooked never morning for breakfast and packed lunch for the beach and eat out at night. The restaurants were just a short drive. Next time we are bringing bikes.
If you havenāt been to the area. I highly recommend The Porch and The Iguana were great. And Moo Cow for ice cream. We will be back thanks for the great vacation.
This is our second time staying on the property. We were in an upstairs unit last time but we prefer the ground floor. This unit has a front porch as well as a back porch with a nice sitting area. This property is across the street from the beach and 3-4 blocks from the village and lighthouse. The street is very quiet and we felt safe there. I just wished that the cleaning crew would sweep the front porch/balcony as ours was very sandy. The outdoor furniture was sandy as well.
My wife and I and two of our young adult children had a very enjoyable stay at St. Simons Island at this property. The downstairs unit made it very easy to take all of our luggage and things in, and upon departure, load our car. Previous descriptions and reviews are accurate concerning the unit. It was very clean, well-stocked, and an absolutely ideal location on an extremely quiet street just across from the beach.
The location made it easy to simply open our door and walk out a few steps to the beach anytime we wanted. We enjoyed nightly walks to Moo Cow ice cream as a pleasant evening treat. And when we were tired of the beach, we walked to St. Simons Island lighthouse and Museum, and then around the corner to Neptune Park, where we enjoyed a round of minigolf.
The 10 minute stroll into town made it very convenient for stores and restaurants, yet we felt almost like we were in a private location because we were away from the hustle and bustle.
I don't really have any negatives about the unit, but for balance, the reviews that discussed the master bathroom location being a little peculiar, located just off the kitchen and laundry are accurate. The water pressure in the other bathroom was low. And finally, you can hear the people in the upstairs unit when they walk across the floor. If that kind of thing bothers you, you might want to be sure and get a top unit. We never heard them after 10 PM, and we sleep with sound machines anyway, so the chances of us being disturbed by something like that are very slim.
All in all, it was a very enjoyable short trip, and we are certainly looking forward to returning, and would gladly rent this unit again. Management reached out to us before the trip to make sure that we had everything we needed, and although we had no concerns during our trip and no reason to contact management, we felt comfortable that we could if needed. Thank you for an enjoyable trip, which we sorely needed at the time.
This was our first trip to St. Simon, we love it! The condo is located right across from the beach access and a short walk to restaurants and shops. Very convenient!
