The house was created to entertain all guests of all ages! The garage is converted into a game room, which includes: a Smart TV, Pool Table and Ping Pong Tables.
The turf backyard is intended to relax and enjoy the California weather!
Guests will access the home via a digital smart lock, located on the front door.
Located in the Wiseburn Disctrict of Hawthorne, this single level family home is located in a prime and central location.
Minutes away from the 101, 105, and 405 freeways, multiple shopping centers, grocery stores, and LA Attractions.
There is no covered parking. Please utilize our long driveway and free street parking.

Great House, Close to SoFi and Beaches

Nice remodeled house with game room for entertainment in garage. Plenty of cookware to make food at home. Rooms and beds very comfortable. Enjoyed our stay!

Nice house with a game room and beautiful back yard.

We were there for the College National Championship game. The house was close to the stadium. We had 7 people in our group. Everyone enjoyed our stay.
