Lawndale Home

Communication was good. Parking was a bit tough but manageable. Property is a front unit duplex. Worked well for a weekend getaway to Sofi Stadium. Home appears to be in final stages of remodel as of the time of this review.

Not worth $300/ No privacy and Safety Concerns

I was not satisfied with my recent stay and do not recommend based on the following information: *False Advertisement of property and amenities. 1. This is a duplex not a single family house. 2. You cannot use the driveway. Only one parking spot. Where you have to park on the grass to block the entire yard so little ones cannot play. 3. The people that live in the back have a lot of company and traffic on the side of the house where the bedrooms are located. *Do not recommend. There is lack of privacy and safety concern. 1. No curtains on the windows. People can see directly in night or day. At night you can't see out, but clearly in. 2. Apparently the maid wash people clothes and have them pick them up on the side of the house at all times of night. So there is heavy foot traffic on both sides of the house. 3. There is a man with face tattoos that showed up to pick up things off the side of the house stating the owner was aware. Then he slowly drove by multiple times the following day. *the owner claimed it was the neighbor looking for parking.😐 *Cleaness 1. The kitchen cabinets filled with random things. Non matching plates and bowls. The bathroom filled with used hygiene products. 2. The walls are dirty throughout the house. Floor boards are dusty, dirty, and beat up. 3. The couch had stains throughout. 4. The towels are white and filled with many unknown substances stains. The house needs work and deep cleaning. They don't allow you to post pictures or links.
