This adorable little cottage is just steps from Houghton Lake in the wonderful East Bay area. The cottage is clean, comfortable and has been renovated and updated over the last 2 years. It comes with everything you'll need for your lakeside getaway.
You'll feel right at home the moment you arrive at the lakefront abode. Grab your bags from the car, get yourself situated and then start enjoying everything lake life has to offer!
Moor your boat off of the small beach area that transitions to a smooth sandy bottom.
Sit outside in the comfortable Adirondack chairs and enjoy the sunsets.
Dine outside at the pub style table with 2 stools or the dining table with 2 benches that seats 4.
In the winter you can walk right out onto the ice for fishing or to watch the snowmobiles and side by sides race on the track that's built every year around the time of Tip Up Town.

Inside you will find 574 sq ft of living area featuring lake views from the living room and master bedroom.
The master bedroom sleeps 2 in a queen memory foam bed while the second bedroom sleeps 2 in a full/double memory foam bed. The living room also has a Lazy Boy full sleeper sofa.
Other comforts include air conditioning, free WiFi, 52" smart TV, family games and 2 comfortable sofas.
The living room opens to the fully equipped kitchen where you will find updated appliances, counter space, Keurig coffee maker and a small table that extends to accommodate 4.

Houghton lake has something for everyone! Both summer and winter sports, trail riding, mini golf, go carts, shopping, antiquing, dining, movies, coffee shops, ice cream shops, sweet shops and open air fruit markets.
There are drinking/eating establishments very close as well as a meat market, ice cream shop, coffee shop and open air fruit market all within walking distance of the cottage.

***There is a Ring security camera that covers the area outside of the front door and parking lot. There are NO cameras inside the cottage***
