Really appreciated the attention to detail in Chip's home, from the hooks and night lights to the tea kettle. Both inside and out the house was very comfortable and relaxing. Very close to the beach! We had a few days of so-so weather so having the pool, hot tub, and screened in porch at the house was a definite bonus. The house was extremely well appointed and had everything we needed to cook a few meals while we were there.

Our stay at Three Little Birds was wonderful. Chip provided all the information needed to make sure everything ran smoothly for us. The beach was a short stroll away. Anything we needed to spend the day at the beach was there and we enjoyed returning to finish our days at the great swimming pool and hot tub. We also had a lot of fun playing ping pong. The 3 Little Birds was an absolutely beautiful, clean, well maintained house at Sandbridge Beach. This was are third trip to Sandbridge and our first stay at this home. Everything was perfect! The home was well stocked with the necessities. The beach and pool accessories were much appreciated!! Beach cart was the best! The beach was a quick 3-5 min walk from the house. Owner was very easy to communicate with and quick with responses. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay! We would highly recommend this home to others.

Great spot close to beaches and most everything you would want/need. Property was very well appointed with modern details throughout the home , also included a pool and a hot tub. Our communication with the host was always met with fashionable quick responses. I would highly recommend visiting this property if you are visiting the VA Beach area.

This vacation house is located at one of the best, if not, THE BEST spot of all Sandbridge Beach. Ocean front is only 5 mins walk and very accessible. We were very surprised how quiet it was at night given the number of rentals in the area. The house itself has pretty much every amenity you can think of in a vacation home (pool, jacuzzi, cabana bar, grill, ping pong table, wagons. etc). As a bonus, the home included things for the beach (beach chairs, boogie boards, and games) and pool (noodles and floaties). The kids loved using the bikes to go around the neighborhood. The owner is very communicative before, during, and after, and periodically checked in to make sure everything was meeting our expectations during our stay (including letting us know of a wifi network outage!). There were plenty of supplies for us to use in the kitchen and bathrooms, unlike other homes we've rented. We really appreciated the owners for going the extra mile to make our vacation experience so enjoyable and relaxing. We look forward to staying again! Thank you!

Excellent Stay

Charles had a beautiful place, everything you need to make a vacation special. The house is well equipped to have a chill stay in experience but close enough to the main sand bridge market to enjoy the whole experience.

Great location!

This home is very nice. It is well maintained, clean and has everything to make your stay comfortable. The front porch was my favorite place to relax, very cozy and plenty of seating. The hot tub, pool area and cabana bar are great and also have plenty of seating for everyone. My family had a great time here.

Family Beach Trip

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Three Little Birds! The screened-in porch is an ideal spot to enjoy a morning coffee. The kids particularly loved the pool, and we appreciated the beautiful landscaping surrounding the house, including the cozy sitting area under the house.

Nice getaway

The home was great and loved how private it was. It also was only a block or so from the beach so great location. Loved the front porch with the screens was very relaxing. Highly recommend for a quiet and relaxing getaway!

Close to the beach and great pool

This is a great house! It’s only a short walk to the ocean—Sandbridge Beach is nice and quiet compared with the built-up parts of Virginia Beach. The backyard pool and bar were a huge hit with our kids. The house was stocked with everything we needed—we both ate in and dined out in the area. Would definitely recommend this house for families and anyone looking for a peaceful and relaxing getaway.

Ladies vacation

Best location ever, if you like an uncrowded beach. The Virginia Beach boardwalk and night life was a short drive away. This home was updated nicely and the outdoor space was phenomenal.

3 Little Birds Had Us Chirping

Great property for a relaxed, laid back family week at the beach. Very comfortable and when the beach was too hot, the pool was just the ticket.Hot tub, Tiki bar and ping pong table were added wonderful amenities.
