—INSIDE FUN—

★Games:
Grab your family and play a game of shuffleboard, Connect Four or card games. In the kids space the teens can Xbox the night away and they younger kiddos can play under the stars in the camping room with all of the stuffies.

—THE HOME—

❖There are smart TVs in every room, USB charging stations on the lamps, blackout curtains and extra pillows and blankets throughout the home. The kitchen is stocked with coffee, tea, hot cocoa and cooking supplies. The bathrooms have shampoo, conditioner, bodywash, extra towels and toilet paper.

There are 3 levels to this home. A main (middle level) a top level and lower level. 5 bedrooms (including the sofa sleeper room) and 4 bathrooms (no more waiting for your turn to shower!)

Main Level:
❖This level has a zero stairs entry and no stairs on this entire floor making it perfect for those who don’t love the stairs. On this level you will have a master bedroom sporting a king bed with a private bathroom. There is an open concept kitchen and living space that guides you to the beautiful deck showcasing the breathtaking view of Table Rock Lake.

Top Level:
❖This level has two bedrooms, both with king beds and a Jack and Jill bathroom off the hallway. Note: There are TWO HVACs for this home! This level has its own HVAC system, if you are too hot or too cold you have your own controls. The other HVAC system supports the main and lower level. What a fantastic luxury for those cold winter nights or the hot summer days!

Lower Level:
❖Throw the kiddos down here! We have built a special space just for your littles! They can immerse themselves in the wonderful world of dinosaurs, campfires and imagination. Enjoy! Now that your kiddos can be entertained you can be on vacation too :)The the bunk room that has a 65’ TV with an Xbox and it’s own bathroom with a shower/tub combo. There is an additional sofa sleeper room that can be used as a game room by day and a Queen sized sleeper by night! This room has it’s own bathroom, sliding glass doors to guide you to the back deck, shuffleboard, Connect Four and other fun games. The full sized laundry room with extra supplies is also on this level.

—BATHROOMS—

★There are 4 bathrooms! No more waiting in line to shower, this home has you covered with 4 showers and 2 water heaters ensuring everyone can have a warm shower! There are hair dryers, toiletries, towels, shampoo, conditioner and bodywash all provided during your stay.

—HIGHLIGHTS OF THE HOME—

★Kitchen:
The kitchen is stocked with plenty of supplies to enjoy your vacation. From pots, pans, waffle maker, breakfast skillet to a season rack, cooking spray and all the little things - this home has you covered!

★Parking:
Parking here is as easy as it gets! No stairs to enter the home, you can park right in front of the front door!

★Kids:
Traveling with little ones? We got you covered! There is a pack-n-play, baby monitor, high chair and children books always at the home. There are kid card games, Shuffleboard, Connect Four and Xbox for kids of all ages to play after a long day at the lake.

★Dogs:
Traveling with your pup? We got you covered here too! There is a large dog bed, potty bags, dog toy and bowls.
