Enjoy the mountain all year round at this vacation house that can accommodate up to 13 guests. This beautiful private house is located on 2 acres of land surrounded by forest views. Only 10 mins away from Hunter, 20 mins to Windham ski resorts, and 4 min to Kaaterskill Falls, which offers many hiking trails. While the large open kitchen, living room, and dining room is the perfect place to gather and eat, the furnished exterior deck completes your outdoor oasis.


The space
This 3,000 sq ft house is the perfect getaway, an après ski spot, and a home-away-from-home for family and friends. The heart of the house is the great room which offers an open kitchen and living area with vaulted ceilings, skylights, and chalet windows overlooking the Catskills.

After a day of adventures, kick back and unwind inside or take a soak in the outdoor hot tub. Sip wine by the wood-stove in the great room, before you enjoy a meal in the dining room on the hand-crafted oversized rustic dining table followed by a movie in the downstairs media room, complete with a massive couch and 75" flat-screen TV.

The great room connects to the outdoor deck, which is perfect for enjoying a meal under the stars or sipping some coffee while taking in the amazing forest views.

Can comfortably accommodate 13 people. Base price is for 8 guests, extra fee for additional guests. Please make sure to include correct number in the reservation. Any pets that will be accompanying you must be added to the reservation.

As Advertised

Beautiful property both inside and out! Plenty of space for six adults. The picture of the property as advertised were right on the money. Very close to a number of activities such as hiking to Kaaterskill Falls, North Lake and Hunter Mtn. Plenty of good restaurants in the area to chose from. Thanks to the owner Tomas for sharing his home!

Lovely home with gracious hosts!

Tomas is a wonderful host - one of the most important things to me when looking for a home away from home! He always responded in a timely manner, provided a seamless check in and check out process with clear instructions for the home, as well as a friendly booklet that includes helpful local information. We had a couple of hiccups during the stay but Tomas was quick to assist and address any issue we had. The lovely home is spacious but cozy - well stocked with all the essentials (especially the kitchen), extra blankets, and cute fireplace heaters for extra warmth. It is also in a very convenient location, minutes from a supermarket and Hunter Mountain. Thank you, Tomas!
