This entire home is one block over from a large family park and walking distance to mountain hiking trails such as Blodgett Peak and Ute Valley Park. This stay is perfect for families with small children as we've included a pak n' play and jogger stroller that can fit all ages.
All 3,500 sqft of this bright home are yours to delight in!! Enjoy the large, eat-in kitchen, or dine in one of the two dining rooms. Relax on the comfy couches. Hang out in the loft and play some pool & ping pong or venture to the basement for the bar air hockey, foosball and poker tables!
Fenced-in backyard, game rooms, workout room/gym, TV in every bedroom, central AC & a private hot tub!

Quiet Hours are from 9pm-9am
**Weekly maintenance on the exterior of the house must be performed by our staff. Booking this property means you agree to allow our lawn-care/ maintenance staff to be on site for exterior yard/sidewalk/driveway/hot tub care.

We decided to open up our property because we travel most of the time and we figured it was a great idea to open our doors to others wanting to experience our beautiful state. We are very close to the mountains and in a quiet neighborhood.
