This place was great. One of our sons played at dreams park we rented this place for us and our younger son. It was perfect, close to the fields, just big enough for the three of us, clean, with beautiful views. Hosts were easy to communicate with and do a great job keeping the property and house orderly. If you’re looking for a place that is close to the field this is it!

Location, Location, Location

This place was perfect for our week at Cooperstown Dreams Park. Minutes to the field, short drive to restaurants and downtown Cooperstown. The house had everything we needed for our stay. It is a small floor plan but just as advertised. Clean upon arrival.

Nice little place with a beautiful view

Our stay has been great. Don And Ginny are so nice and welcoming. Breezy One was perfect for my mom and I while my son stayed at dreams park. It’s only 1.5 miles away from the park so it was a convenient location to go back between games if there was a longer gap between games.

Our visit to Cooperstown was beyond our expectations. Wonderful time.

House is great! Clean well maintained and just the right size. We were of course for the Baseball experience so we didn’t need much more than a place to rest. The view was fantastic and so beautiful. Thank you so much.

Great experience

This tiny house was everything we needed and more. The views were spectacular, the house was super clean, and the laundry area was tidy with supplies available. I would definitely recommend this house if you are visiting the Cooperstown area. The house is literally one minute from the field and you can hear the cheering from the park on your back porch.

Fabulous property, tremendous hosts

We were absolutely thrilled with this cozy cabin RIGHT DOWN THE STREET from dreams park. It was the perfect size for our small family and space for our son to stau for "coaches night off" Genny is the sweetest and Don is cut from the same. Even offered to take me to his fishing hole but the tournament diddnt leave us the time. What great people and highly recommend this property.
