Trout Brook Unit #4 - 1 of 3 units. New Renovation. Located on the northern shore of Canadarago Lake with an amazing panoramic water view, the Trout Brook compound includes 3 separate units. Unit 4 is on the 2nd floor and offers 2 bedrooms, sleeping 6. The tasteful, upscale décor features granite countertops, contemporary furnishings, a fully equipped kitchen., as well as a washer/dryer. Guests especially enjoy relaxing on the private covered balcony withy a breathtaking panoramic view of the lake. There are hardwood floors throughout Unit 4.

Your host includes 4 kayaks and 2 standup paddle boards which the units share. The fishing is great right off the private dock. At the end of the day, unwind and enjoy campfires around the fire pit at lakeside.

Trout Brook allows travelers to be near each other, but still have private lodging in the 3 separate units.

2nd Bedroom - 2 sets of bunk beds, with a double on the bottom and a twin on top.

Pictures do not do this place justice. Personal greeting upon arrival adds quite the personal touch. View is incredible. House is roomy and extremely clean! Easy and beautiful 25 min drive to Cooperstown Dreams Park. Highly recommended staying here!

A very nice place to stay with beautiful views of the lake. The unit was very well kept and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We were able to use the kayaks and SUP which made a world of difference as the scenery was stunning! My boy’s were able to fish off the dock (bait store nearby). We were there during the 4th of July week and we were able to watch a boat parade and nighttime fireworks on the pier. Communication was great and we would 100% stay here again.

Great place to stay.

Perfect for families attending Cooperstown. Exactly 30 minutes from Dreams Park. Large bedrooms and kitchen for the whole family. Washer and dryer is perfect. Kayaks were fun to use. Good fishing right off the pier. Owner was very responsive and helpful, would highly recommend.

Lake Calmness

We were in Cooperstown for my son's little league tourney. Decided to stay here about 25 mins out of town instead of the Holiday Inn Express with the rest of the families. Enjoyed the drive and the view of the lake and also being able to have a full size fridge and washer and dryer. Also, had 2 bedrooms. Our 25-yr old daughter came up for a couple of days, so didn;t have to get an extra hotel room. Great host. Super friendly.

By far the best place to go to if you want to come upstate for a relaxing getaway

We arrived and Tom came to greet us and give us the rundown on how everything works in great detail.Located in a secluded area but not far from groceries,and convenience stores. There was plenty to do, with kayaks and paddle boards. Everyone was super kind and welcoming. Inside was extremely clean with new unopened supplies (dish soap,shampoo, etc). Barely had to bring anything for cooking. They had more than enough supplies for everything, you just have to bring your clothes. He even left us check in ahead of time. Came with the kids and they had plenty to do.Real thing that stuck with me was leaving an unopened 10 gallon of water dispenser despite the clean filtered tap water right from the lake. Definitely coming again.
