Perfect Nauset Beach house

Just a perfect beach house, very well appointed, great pool and spa. Very short walk to one of the best beaches on the cape. Jen at Beach Road Properties is amazing and a pleasure to deal with. The owner has greeted us on each of our stays and is delightful.

Nauset Beach House & Pool

Stayed here with my family for my birthday. Absolutely loved the house, pool, hot tub and proximity to the beach (few minutes walk). The house itself was great - provided all linens, towels etc for convenience. Will definitely come back next year!!

Beautiful property in great location

The property is beautiful and so close to the beach! We walked there at sunset and sunrise—simply spectacular. The proper manager was very responsive and incredibly helpful. The weather was chilly while we were there so the heated pool, hot tub, and fire pit were perfect. Would definitely recommend!

A wonderful weekend with the family in a flawless home!!

A wonderful end of summer week in an incredible home. The pool offered a welcome respite when the surf was a bit to rugged as a result of the offshore storm. The beach (a 5 minute walk) is the best on Cape Cod. More seals than we ever saw and when the surf calmed the swimming was fantastic. The rental process was easy and extremely professional.

Great stay near Nauset

This was a really comfortable home with a split bedroom design downstairs, and two bedrooms with a shared bathroom upstairs. We especially enjoyed the sunroom, screened in porch and saltwater pool. Sea Mist is a close walk to the beach and convenient to East Orleans. While the beds could have had more comfortable mattresses, we slept comfortably regardless. It certainly accommodated our various guests and family!!

The perfect rental on Cape Cod

The house is perfectly placed near the beach and a short drive to Orleans where you can pick up all the supplies you need. It has everything you could possibly need from the comfiest beds to a kitchen with every type of pan and utensil and great air con. The pool and hot tub are amazing and our four kids spent every minute we were in the house swimming and playing in it. Jennifer was also great and helped us out a couple of times. Highly recommended.

Perfect Beach House

House is amazing. Heated pool and spa has a retractable cover which goes a long way to keeping those clean and warm. Well appointed kitchen. Natural gas grill so no worries about propane running out. Beautiful inside. Short walk to Nauset Beach, one of the best on the cape. Owner and rental agent are terrific. Extremely accommodating. Rebooked for 2026 days after we left.
