The space
Offering space to accommodate up to 8 guests, our home has a master bedroom, 3 guest bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and a finished basement. This unique custom built modern Villa is all on one level with the exception of the finished basement.

・There is an in-unit washer and dryer available for your use should you need to refresh your clothing during your stay.
・Parking is available on-site. No campers, RV's, or tents, please.
・Please park in the driveway only to preserve the landscape!

𝑹𝑬𝑨𝑫 𝑩𝑬𝑭𝑶𝑹𝑬 𝑩𝑶𝑶𝑲𝑰𝑵𝑮
・Maximum 8 guests
・For your safety and security reasons, our homes have motion detectors and a security system, including exterior cameras.
・We do not allow house parties. Occupancy over 8 guests will result in eviction and potential loss of security deposit.
・The garage is not available for guest use.
・We do allow pets, but please be sure to give us a heads up if you plan to bring your furry friend(s).
Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom house except for the storage closet in the basement. The garage is not available for guest use. The barns on the property are not accessible. The Wilds Wedding Venue is not accessible, unless you are an invited guest of the wedding.
Other things to note
We have an absolutely incredible location, near so much nature! Unfortunately that means that wired internet hasn't made its way out. We have Wifi hotspot available, but it's probably not as fast as your cable at home!
