I went to this property with a handful of friends for the weekend and it was a lovely place to relax and unwind. The house is funky and fun, with a lovely big kitchen/dining/den area where everyone can hang out together. We also really enjoyed sitting out on the deck, and walking down to the lake for paddle boarding and chatting on the dock. The dining table is a generous size for lots of people and it faces the kitchen nicely, perfect for groups spending time together. Camille is a really helpful, communicative host. Everything in the house was just as she said it would be.
A couple things to note: it's not as secluded as I expected from the pictures. While still quiet, it's on a street with many other homes. It's not out in the woods on its own. The cabins are adorable and provide really nice separation but they don't have bathrooms. So people staying in those have to come into the main house (even in the middle of the night) if they need a bathroom. And the cleaning fee, while noted in the house description, is not included in VRBO's official calculation of the house cost. Didn't love that.
Overall, a great retreat from NYC. We had really fun outings to Blooming Hill Farm, Storm King, and Cold Spring. The lake was fun, and the house was lovely.
