Direct Oceanfront means there is nothing but dunes between you and the ocean. Great natural lighting in this unit makes the view spectacular during the day. The master bedroom comes equipped with a king bed and a full bathroom for all your needs. The guest bedroom has a full bed and a twin bed for plenty of sleeping space. Downstairs, the queen sleeper sofa makes for even more sleeping room for all your guests. New TV's in each room, upgraded flooring and other unit upgrades makes this unit one you will want to return to year after year. Summerhouse has 4 Heated Pools, 4 Tennis Courts, 4 Racquetball Courts, 4 Pickle ball Courts, 4 Beach Walk-Overs, and Shuffle Board. There are 2 grilling areas and 2 playgrounds for the kids conveniently located at either end of the property. There is a small Book Library and a Fitness Room available during normal business hours. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very clean condo with plenty of space for six adults. Overall, the entire property was very well kept. The balcony wasn’t completely private but it was quiet and right on the beach. The property is in a secluded area but it was an easy drive into St Augustine and the surrounding sites. Definitely would stay here again.

I was very impressed with the beautiful well kept grounds and pools. Our condo was cleaned immaculately! Even the patio and master bed windows! We loved it. Two suggestions, the master shower drains slowly. May need checking and could use an inexpensive long mirror in master or living room area. We will stay again!
