Great location - close to the University of South Carolina and downtown. Very clean property. Beds were comfortable and bathroom showers were great.Would rent here again. Would suggest more dishes - especially glasses. And the living room chairs could have been more comfortable...but overall, we were happy with our 2-night stay.

Nice spacious home in a quiet neighborhood in Columbia. It's a older home with charm and character. Though we didn't venture out, its close proximity to highways, downtown, and USC. It has everything you need.

This property was really clean. The host was available and responded to requests made during the visit Family friendly neighborhood. Very quiet. The only thing that I would love to have had was a broom and dust pan and a blower to blow the deck off daily. Everyone enjoyed the visit.

The host was very responsive and answered my questions. Unfortunately the property wasn't ready for our check in. They did call and let me know and also allowed us to do a later check out for the inconvenience. I think the house is adorable and well put together! However, there is one bedroom off the living room that only has curtains as a door. I perhaps missed that in the listing and it worked out but was a bit of an inconvenience being right off the main gathering area. I was a bit disappointed in the outside area as well because all the furniture was a bit dirty. Overall a good experience! Would recommend!

We rented this home to attend Basic Training Graduation at Fort Jackson. The home was very clean and had everything we needed. The neighborhood was clean and quiet. It took approximately 15 minutes to get to the Base and traffic was not an issue.The owner is very friendly and very responsive. Will definitely keep this in my list should we need to be back in the area.

Perfectly located property. Close to downtown restaurants yet in a quiet and historic neighborhood. If I ever decide to move back to Columbia, this is the kind of property I would want. Lots of space to spread out with comfortable sleeping for up to 8 people. Communication with the owner was stellar.

Throughly enjoyed our weekend in Columbia to celebrate our daughter’s graduation. Your home was comfortable and inviting. The one floor living made it so easy for our elderly parents to be able to join us. Location was perfect and in close proximity to the University, grocery store and restaurants. The house was in a pleasant neighborhood, within a quick drive or uber ride to the downtown area. Everything was clean and the beds were comfortable. I would stay here again if I were to be back in the area.

The home was beautiful and cozy. The location was perfect for what we had planned. The shower in the primary bathroom was extremely hot and I enjoy a hot shower. The temperature was scorching hot even at the lowest setting. When it finally gets to a good temperature it gets cold. The shower fixture was beautiful and I didn't get to enjoy it. The ceiling fan in the kitchen can use a cleaning. Overall, I enjoyed the stay. Beautiful home and great location.
