Everlong Residential presents this new cozy 2-story Belmont Getaway which boasts 4-BRs, 2.5 bath, open concept kitchen with dining area, loft lounge area, backyard and screened in porch patio! Close to downtown Belmont, Lake Wylie, and other great amenities.

This is a perfect retreat for families and friends - relaxing in the den with the smart TV, cooking meals in the spacious kitchen, having game night in the upstairs loft, or lounging on the private outdoor patio. Bring the whole family - it will feel just like home!

Main level includes den, half bath, open living room dining and kitchen area, covered back patio, and attached 2 car garage. Upstairs landing has open loft entertainment area, with all 3 bedrooms off of the landing as well as the laundry room. Master bedroom includes en suite and the other two bedrooms share a jack-n-jill type bathroom.

Reunion with friends

The house was easy to find and very convenient for shopping. There were restaurants nearby and lots of choices to Doordash. There was also a grocery store nearby. The house is lovely with four bedrooms. We had a wonderful time. We explored Belmont and Steele Creek in Charlotte.

July 4th Family Vacation

Stayed here for a quick family get away. It was 7 adults and 1 child and we were all very comfortable in this home. The 2 family areas for watching TV helped. The backyard was was excellent we utilized the grill there for a barbecue. The check in was easy and the host responded quickly to our concern with some issues with the job the cleaning crew did before we arrived. I would stay here again.

Perfect spot for fisherman

Perfect location and property for a group of fisherman with close proximity to the lake. The circle driveway was able to fit 4 trucks and 3 boats. Had no issues at all during our stay.
