The location, grounds & house were amazing! The amenties on site were great & the village of houses were so cute! The house was clean and comfortable. The rooms are HUGE. They would be perfect for families! We enjoyed the hot tub however we could not figure out how to get the firepit turned on. I contacted the host our first morning asking for help with that & never got a response at all the entire stay. There was zero communication, however it did not really effect our stay as that was the only hiccup we had. Overall I would highly recommend for a girls weekend or a family vacation.
My sister and I along with my niece had the absolute best time. The rental was everything it said it was and so clean! Loved the lazy river. Missed doing the putt-putt golf but will definitely make time for it next time. I highly recommend this property to anyone wanting a relaxing stay in St George.
Felt Like Home — But Better! From the moment we walked in, we felt relaxed and welcomed. The home is brand‑new, beautifully furnished, and had every little thing we needed — cozy beds, spotless bathrooms, and a kitchen stocked for cooking. We loved starting and ending our days in the private hot tub, and the community pool was such a fun bonus. This is one of those rare places that feels even better than the photos. We’re already planning our next
We loved our stay!We had a fantastic 5-night stay! The property was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The amenities were a big hit, our kids especially loved the lazy river, the pool, and the mini golf. It was the perfect setup for family fun and downtime. The location was quiet and peaceful, which we really appreciated after busy days out. It’s about a 20–30 minute drive to most local attractions, so we were close enough to explore but far enough to enjoy a break from the crowds.Overall, a great experience. We’d definitely stay here again!
We enjoyed our week at this VRBO. It was just minutes from St. George, which made shopping and dining convenient. We enjoyed the community pool and the firepit in the private yard. When we had questions or needs, the staff was very helpful. People in general were very friendly.
Getting to Zion and Bryce NPs was more of a drive, but traffic on the highway was light. It was a little noisier than anticipated due to the proximity of the highway hehind the house. But it wasn't bad and we would stay there again.
We had a few issues with the hot tub. The cover straps were broken and the winds would blow it open causing sand to get inside. The hosts were great to respond and come clean it out, however the heat got turned down so when we tried using it after it was cleaned it was only 93 degrees. The next time we tried using it the winds were again blowing again which made it dangerous to use it because the lid would have blow shut on us. We appreciate the prompt way they came out to clean the hot tub though. It just didn’t work out for us. The floors in the kitchen had something sticky spilled on them when we arrived and the walls in the kitchen had something splattered on them. Minor things though. Overall it was a great experience. Plenty of pillows and beds for everyone. Also appreciated the amount of towels provided and the float tubes for the pool.
