Welcome to our luxurious and spacious 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom home located in the heart of Central Phoenix. This beautiful home is perfect for families and friends looking for a comfortable and relaxing getaway.

As soon as you enter, you will be greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere. The living room features comfortable seating and a large flat screen TV with Sling TV, perfect for watching your favorite shows or movies. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook delicious meals for your loved ones.

Step outside and you'll find your own private resort setting. Lounge by the pool, soak in the jacuzzi, or cook up some BBQ on the outdoor grill. Enjoy outdoor dining at the outdoor dining area or relax on the daybed with a good book. The palm trees and desert landscaping will transport you to a tranquil oasis.

The upstairs of the home features four bedrooms, including the master bedroom, and a loft area with a sleeper sofa. The downstairs bedroom and bathroom offer convenience and privacy for those who prefer to stay on the ground floor. There is also a queen air mattress for two additional guests to sleep.

We also offer complimentary use of Pac Man and Galaga Arcade machines, perfect for a fun family night in.

The refrigerator had an issue, door would not shut tightly without assistance every time.The host was very responsive whenever we had a question.The pool was beautiful, I do think they need to go through their pool floats and pitch quite of few of them.Got a lot of use out of the outdoor grill also.I was also thankful they had 2 garbage bins and 2 recycling bins! We enjoyed our stay very much!

Property is beautiful and loved the place. By the highway so there is a bit of noise but really wasn’t too bothersome. The owners were great with communicating. We loved the games and would stay here in a heart beat if we ever go back to the area.

Family memories

We were in town for a family wedding on Saturday. On Sunday, as we have done before and with the permission of the host, we hosted a catered family brunch poolside as family members were leaving for the airport. The weather was fantastic, and the backyard was beautiful. We created lasting memories.

The house was both spacious & clean. The host was always quick to respond. Very kid friendly (both young and old enjoyed the arcade games). We did a lot of cooking during our stay-the kitchen was very well equipped (pots, pans, plates, eating utensils, mixer, blender, Kuerig, electric coffee maker, electric tea kettle, and small kitchen gadgets like garlic press, hand juicer, a tool for avocados, grilling utensils, hot pads, dish towels. The home has a washer/dryer & dishwasher. We were there for most of November so didn’t use the pool or hot tub but did enjoy sitting around the pool area. We were there for medical purposes so worked well as close to St. Joseph hospital. Also close to shopping (both grocery and retail) and several restaurants and coffee shops. A 20 minute drive to Sky Harbor airport and a 40 minute drive to the Mesa airport. Downtown Scottsdale also about 20-30 minutes away upon traffic.

Wonderful house in a great location.

We stayed in this house for a Thanksgiving family get together. Joel was an excellent host who was readily available to manage any issues. The house was exactly as described. Very clean and comfortable for our family of 6 adults. The neighborhood has some great restaurants within easy walking distance and the close proximity to the freeway allowed for easy access to area activities.

We had a wonderful stay! So much fun in the pool! Was great that there was some pool toys so we didnt have to buy any. Loved the arcade games! Got 3 of the 5 high score spots on Galaga but couldnt beat the #1! Great location and some amazing restaurants really close by. Will definitely stay again next time we are in AZ.

Great House for Family Get-Away

We had a wonderful time. The house was better than described, 5 bedrooms and 3 full baths, we never felt crowded. We used the heated pool and jacuzzi every night. House was stocked with all the plates, cups, silverware, cooking utensils that you need. Located close to Piestewa Highway so easy to get to any part of Phoenix. Joel, the property owner, couldn’t have been more accommodating and was easy to get ahold of. He answered our questions within minutes. We will stay here again.
