Fishing, hiking, mountain biking, and ATVing right at your front door! 4WD required in winter.

With its large, high ceilings, numerous windows, and abundant sunlight, the home is a superb place to unwind after a long day of exploring the mountains! This place is perfect for a group to unwind after a long day of exploring the mountains!
The dining area provides a glimpse of the living room, where a mod-farmhouse table seats up to six. The kitchen links the entire floor plan and provides additional seating for four at the granite-topped island. The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless-steel appliances including a refrigerator, electric stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, tea kettle, and a drip coffee/Keurig coffee maker. Coffee, tea, and basic cooking supplies are available for your convenience! Whether you order pizza or prepare a delicious meal for your group, the kitchen and living room are prepared!
The open-air loft upstairs features a couch that doubles as a sofa sleeper, a coffee table, and an additional armchair. Vaulted ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows are highlighted as the sun bathes the whole space in light. If you are up for some friendly competition, a collection of board games are available for your choosing. For those working or learning on the go, the designated workspace is equipped with a comfy chair, and desk light for your convenience. Finishing the upper floor is the storage/laundry room with full sized washer/dryer stocked with basic laundry essentials.
After an adventure filled day, the garage game room offers additional hang-out space to shoot hoops, play foosball, and ring toss. An additional fridge is readily-available for your extra drinks and snacks as well.
OUTDOOR SPACES:
Soak in views of Mount Evans, Mount Royal, and Rosalie Peak with wine or coffee from one of the two outdoor patios. After a fun-filled day in the mountains, unwind in the 6-person hot tub on the back patio. String lights adorn the outdoor seating area, making it the perfect spot to relax with a book and take in the mountain scenery.
The outdoor dining set, propane grill, outdoor living space, and fire pit are all accessible from the large patio outside the front door, taking your breath away as you dine al fresco. The patio is accessible from the stairs leading from the front driveway as well as through double doors from the living room and master bedroom. *Please note the standing patio heater has been removed.
The patio furniture will be put into storage for the winter months.

Let the sun's rays dance through the windows as you awaken! The private ensuite bathroom features a shower/tub, dual vanity, hotel-quality towels and comes stocked with toiletries.
There are two additional bedrooms finish the second floor. The first includes a queen bed, while the second has a twin over-queen bunk set. A shower/tub combination with floor-to-ceiling tile, plush towels, and complimentary shampoo and conditioner are all included.
The additional half bath on the main level provides extra space for the entire group, making your stay comfortable and easy.
Nestled in a quiet mountain community, you’ll be minutes from downtown Bailey and an hour from downtown Denver, allowing convenience and access to the outdoor activities Bailey offers such as hiking, fishing, biking, and more!
***IMPORTANT*** Please be advised that this home is located on a sloped road on an elevated property. All guests must have 4-wheel drive or all wheel drive vehicles are required to access the home, especially in the winter and during rough weather conditions. We are not responsible for vehicles getting stuck or having issues accessing the property. Thanks for your understanding!
For guests staying from late October through late April, a 4WD vehicle is required. Most winter storms will provide about 5" of snow at one time. The road and our driveway is steep and can be problematic for cars not properly equipped to handle snow. The neighborhood roads and driveway are regularly plowed as needed during the winter months.
