Once a week, our team will stop by to take out the trash. They won’t enter the home but will access the garage with a code. You might also see snow removal in winter or lawn care in summer. These visits may or may not fall during your stay.

Each room is designed with plush bedding, room-darkening shades, and premium linens to ensure restful nights.

The home boasts 3 full bathrooms outfitted with high-end toiletries, plush towels, and modern features. The main floor bathroom doubles as a laundry space with a washer and dryer, adding convenience for extended stays.

Open fires on the property are strictly prohibited by the county due to wildfire risk.

This home is located at a high altitude of 8,800 feet. We recommend that guests take time to acclimate at a lower elevation before arrival to ensure a comfortable stay. We want all of our guests to fully enjoy their time here and feel their best!

Please note that there are two exterior cameras on the property. One is focused on the driveway, and the other is directed towards the hot tub and front door. These cameras are used to monitor snow accumulation and ensure proper maintenance during your stay. Thank you!

While some childproofing measures have been taken, the property is not fully childproof. Guests acknowledge and accept responsibility for any risks to children or infants while on the premises.
