Fix steaks and hamburgers on the grill while mom passes the potato salad through the convenient pass through window. Enjoy a football game or movie while floating in the pool. Watch your favorite show on the nice 42'' TV in the living room or in one of the bedrooms each supplied with its own TV.

Play with the kids in the nearby water park. Go saltwater fishing from nearby piers or freshwater fishing in one of our freshwater canals. Take one of the boat cruises to nearby islands like Useppa, Captiva, or Cabbage Key.

We spent 9 days over New Years here and everything was absolutely amazing! The house is equipped with everything you need, clean & spacious. The fenced yard is perfectly suitable for doggies and the neighborhood felt safe to go on walks. Carol is an amazing host and was available whenever we had questions (before during and even after).

Paradise on 36th

All the comforts of home. Lanai was great, large size, would be perfect for a family/ friends gathering. Master king bed was very comfortable. Chairs and sofa in the living room were nap inducing. The kitchen was equipped just like home! The yard is lovely and our pup enjoyed the freedom of the large fenced in area! We definitely recommend this home for a get-a-way!

I live about 10 minutes away and am good friends with the owners. I take the care of this property very personally.

Why they chose this property

The owners vacationed in Cape Coral for many years before purchasing this home. They made great effort in choosing an area that is pleasant and convenient. With the south facing pool and solar panels, the pool is heated without the expense of a pool heater. You can enjoy the lanai, pool, and grill while being protected from the north wind on cool days.

A port a crib and high chair are provided for little ones as well as a safety fence for the pool. Be sure to specify if you have little ones 6 or under so the fence can be installed prior to your arrival.

Bedrooms include one with a king bed, one with a queen bed, and one with twin beds. There is also a very nice blow up queen matress for extra guests.

WiFi is also available.

What makes this property unique
