Peaceful Country Retreat
Two bed two bath home in quiet country setting. The 2 acre lot adjoins the Three Rivers WMA with over 200,000 acres of hunting and fishing land. (permit or weekend pass required) Lots of outdoor amenities including fire pit with porch swings, covered gazebo with 5 person hot tub and TV, 4 burner Blackstone outdoor griddle, wood rockers, and patio table and chairs. Only a 20 minute drive to Hochatown, Broken Bow Lake, and Beavers Bend State Park. A great place to unwind and have some fun. Nice big living room with 2 couches and two recliners. All electric Kitchen with dishes, cups, and all utensils. Two full bathrooms with body wash and shampoo provided and laundry room with washer and dryer detergent and dryer sheets provided. Each bedroom has a queen bed and set of twin bunks. There is a cot and extra pillows in the closet in the bedroom.
