Modern 3 bedroom/3.5 bath home on three levels close to Glen Ellen and many wineries.
Located in a residential neighborhood, this modern home has an outdoor kitchen with gas fireplace and gas grill (and indoors, of course!), a front yard with a pool, back yard with a bocce court, table tennis, and plenty of parking (up to 5 cars). Large roof deck has views of the mountains and perfect for afternoon relaxation. Each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom, and there's an additional half bath next to the laundry room on the main floor. Airy, modern and bright, this house if perfect for a family or friend getaway. Large (75 inch) TV with all streaming services, plus 55 inch smart TV in master bedroom.

Walking distance to Boyes Hot Springs, and 10 minutes by car or bike to the Sonoma Plaza.

We like walking outdoors and seeing people. I'm not a remote country person, so here you are fenced in for privacy, but you are not alone in the wilderness and close to so many restaurants and wineries!
What makes this property unique
A modern home in a place full of country homes. Main floor has an open floor plan for entertaining, but all the rooms are private. Also, with pool, outdoor kitchen and bocce court, lots to do outdoors.
