This was the perfect place for my family to stay for a long weekend. The place was spotless, and Lan was super easy to communicate with; we would definitely stay there again!
As the saying goes, “location is everything!” This property is centrally located to the main area of Sonoma and an easy drive to areas “off the beaten path.”Communication with the host is easy and they are immediately responsive. The property is spacious, clean and there’s a wonderful back yard area that’s perfect for relaxing.
Great property nearby to downtown Sonoma. We were able to walk there. The property is as described and offers a comfortable, safe, and spacious jumping off point to wineries - or just to lounge around. Would recommend.
The house was ideal for our short stay in Sonoma. The inside is well maintained and beautiful. Plenty of space for our two-year-old grandaughter to run around and play. She especially enjoyed 'serving tea' in the Tatami room.
Lan was a great host. Checked in with us before and during the stay, but was never intrusive. Would gladly stay here again.

Nice quite residence
Please note it's tucked into a quiet residential neighborhood. Location won't work if you want the feel of being in wine country in and around the place. We knew what we were getting as we needed a place to rest.
Great place to stay inSonoma and visit neighboring towns. Quiet location. Backyard perfect for a relaxing glass of wine.
LAN was proactive checking to see if all was as expected. 👍❤️

About the host
Hosted by Lan Marvit
We are a family with small children who fell in love with the spirit of wine country. We found this house (with the protection one huge and magical tree gives the house) perfectly captures the relaxation, openness and energy that make Sonoma so unique. We are excited to share this with guests who will appreciate a truly special place.
Why they chose this property
Unbeatable location: We are near all the attractions and amenities Sonoma has to offer - world class wineries, luxury spas, golf courses, shopping, historic downtown, hiking trails in natural settings and through vineyards, world-class restaurants and local eateries, farmers markets and local fruit stand, museums and art galleries.
Spacious (1614 sqft): the master bedroom, the tatami room, and the space of the family room and adjacent open kitchen are all big, make it perfect for families and friends. The cathedral ceiling makes the space spacious in three dimensions.
Beautiful: the front, side, and backyard have all sort of flowers and plants; the unique and tranquil tatami room provides a romantic atmosphere; the whole glass wall lets the morning sunlight in, makes the dinning room and the kitchen enchanted.
What makes this property unique
Close to everything, and yet quiet and relaxed. Minutes away from our favorite wineries - Imagery, Little Family Winery, Chateau St Jean, BR Cohn, Ty Caton Vineyards, Muscardini Cellars, and Cline Cellar. Tatami room is beautiful and is full of smell of the tatami grass. Local fruit stand down the road - they sell everything, all local stuff. Local guide is provided. Ample parking. Family friendly: The house has many kid's stuff and it's very safe for kids - all tall furniture is fixed to wall. Strong WiFi in every room, even at the backyard. Many comfortable workspaces inside and outside the house. Great for a staycation. The house is fully stocked (especially the kitchen): we've put everything in place for guests to be completely at home. Good for wedding guests: Close to wedding venues. The house has amenities and space for preparations for the weddings. Two off street parking spaces available.
