Make family time easy and fun. This 3,100 sq ft villa sits in Windsor Island Resort, about 9 miles from Disney. Mornings by your private screened pool and spillover hot tub, evenings in the game room, and plenty of space for everyone to relax. Every bedroom has a smart TV and the home has hard-surface floors throughout.

Great place!!

Great place in guarded gated community. Free access to community pool, lazy river mini-golf and snack center. Location is full of short-term rentals so holiday weekends may pose parking challenges if you bring more than 3 cars that would be the max you could fit in the driveway.

This place is everything you want. Easy to find and got everything you need to make your vacation a dream. Close to the parks, places to eat and shop. Uber-eats is also an option. I had a great time!

This house was perfect for for our group of 9, ages ranging from 6-42! The kids loved swimming in the house pool & the neighborhood pool, and they loved playing on the game room! It was clean and spacious. We all loved it and would love to stay again!

This property exceeded all our expectations—it was even better than the photos! It had everything we could possibly need for a perfect vacation and more.Kim, the host, was incredibly responsive, answering any questions we had right away. Have stayed at a number of places in Orlando. This was one of if not the best. Very clean, the pool and hot tub temperature was perfect, all the correct amenities as far as kitchen ware, towels, bathroom supplies, etc., and a host that is very responsive to any needs (of which we had very few if any). If I had to list a negative, the check in process at the gate can have backups, took us a while to get into the resort a few times.

We came down to celebrate my birthday, there were 8 of us sleeping at the house and there was MORE than plenty of room for us and the entire home is beautiful!! Kim is FANTASTIC!! Great Stay in Davenport/Kissimmee area

Great house with a perfect layout for multi-generational family stay. Safe and quiet neighborhood with an awesome clubhouse/resort amenities. Kim, our host, was quick to reply to questions I had prior to our holiday and on our stay. Special touches with a coffee bar and mickey waffle station. The house has quality furniture in all the rooms including the outdoor pool furniture - this makes your stay so comfortable and feel like your home away from home. The pool was heated to a very comfortable temp. The backyard has a south south-west exposure - important to us as it gave us max amout of sunshine and warmth late into the day/early evening. A large shade area too, making it very comfortable for everyone to enjoy the space. The house sits on a corner lot so your neighbors are not right next to you. Your backyard backs onto Sandmine Rd. I highly recommend this home for your family vacation!

Wonderful stay & perfect for our family

From the moment we made contact with Kim to the moment we closed the door for the final time, everything was straight forward and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Fantastic communication, wonderful house & facilities and a great location for us. 20mins from my children getting out of the car at MGM Studio drop off to walking in the front door back at the house, and only 10mins from the restaurants on 192. As and when we return to Orlando we will be looking to stay here again, Thank you for an amazing time at your home

House was as described , spacious and the pool was great . Our house did not have any houses behind it but some privacy fence panels would have been nice in between the homes on each side . Some worn areas were noted with scuffed walls , dirty grout tile and yellow urine stains around the bases of most toilets caulking. At check in Upstairs coffee table was still dirty with food crumbs and greasy handprints . We notified the owner , she did offer to send the cleaning crew by , but we declined . Those minor things should be done BEFORE our arrival . Like most rentals ,this one could use a DEEP cleaning and definitely a better weekly cleaning . Outside garbage can for the house was atrocious. Someone needs to clean/ spray / sterilize them after every rental or at least once a month . Community clubhouse and pool vibe was louder than we prefer and this GATED community seemed to be a free for all with the gate scanner having a do not use sign on it for 5 of our 7 day stay. With it not being secure it definitely doesn’t make sense , letting just anyone in . One day the scanner was working and the guard stopped the car ahead of us , they didn’t seem to have what they needed to enter so it kind of makes you wonder what goes on there when the gate is not working and not being attended.

Absolutely Fantastic

Our stay at this property was absolutely wonderful. Everything from beginning to end was nearly perfect. Communication with the owner was easy and swift, house was exactly as pictured and very clean. The pool at the house was really, truly fantastic. The house was clean and new and well appointed. The clubhouse on-site was a little crowded, but very nice and family-friendly. No additional cost to participate in the activities on-site. The location was great- close to everything. This will be a vacation we will remember always. Thank you, Kim!

Our family had an amazing stay at this property. There was plenty of space for everyone and the place was clean and matched the pictures. Kim was an amazing host and very responsive and accommodating. We waited last minute to decide that we wanted a grill (extra charge/stated in the listing). Kim made it easy to pay through the site and the grill was delivered the next day. This house is amazing and we would not hesitate to stay here again. Also, the resort has some great amenities and staff is very friendly and helpful to all needs and request. Wonderful property!!

You're in for a treat! This place is indulgent, calming, and welcoming. Great host, too.

Our large family goes on an annual vacation, and this year marked our third visit to the Windsor Resort, a place we truly adore. The accommodation was ideal for our party of 11—spacious, tastefully decorated, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. Cleanliness was a top priority for us, and we were pleased to find the home immaculate. As we enjoy cooking during our getaways, a well-stocked kitchen is essential. Thankfully, we found an array of pots and pans, mixing bowls, serving ware, kitchen appliances, and even a charming Mickey Mouse waffle maker. Although we did need to pick up a few items at Dollar Tree, such as serving bowls and ovenware, it was a minor inconvenience. The dining area comfortably seated 8 people, with an additional 4 seats at the counter. We were delighted to find that a highchair was also provided by the host. The property had two inviting living rooms—one upstairs and one downstairs—both furnished with ample and comfortable seating, as well as large screen TVs offering a variety of channels. All 6 bedrooms were utilized, and the beds were thoughtfully comfortable. Each room was beautifully adorned and even had a box fan in the closet for added comfort if needed. The bathrooms were spotless and adequately stocked with essentials, and the showers boasted great water pressure. The clean pool with kid-friendly floats, a well-maintained grill with provided propane, and the host was absolutely fantastic - friendly, communicative, and welcoming.

Great Escape From The Cold!

We were a little nervous about staying at this house as we had read a lot of reviews about the traffic delays in access the park. We NEVER had an issue. They did a fantastic job at the gate.Overall the house was great. Kids had a blast playing pool in the garage and swimming. House was clean. Access code for the door didn’t work right away but our property manager was quick to fix that for us.Great escape from the MN cold!

Multi-family escape to FL (wanted Pool, Disney and to cook at "home")

Overall the property delivered what we wanted in a big house; many bedrooms, clean, pool, access to good resort amenities, close grocery stores, ability to cook meals for our big families and close enough to things like Disney. The only thing to be aware of is the traffic is ridiculous at some points in the day, often doubling travel times to places like Disney. None-the-less, everything else was great and the owner was quick to respond.

Everything is Awesome!

We were so pleased with our recent stay! We had a family group of 9 of us and the house was more than enough to give us our own space. Communication was quick and clear, check in process couldn’t have been easier! We absolutely loved Windsor Island and the location of the house is perfect! The backyard faces SW and gets the most out of the sun with no backyard neighbors! Everything from the waffle bar to the pool/spa was perfect! We would absolutely stay with you again in a heartbeat! The resort is gated and well kept, with friendly security and sidewalks, so it feels safe and relaxed. The Aloha Clubhouse is a huge plus for families with its lazy river, splash pad, water slides, mini golf, gym, and a casual restaurant. After a big park day the kids still have fun close to home while the grown-ups unwind. Groceries, coffee, and dining are just minutes away. Guests are preregistered, which keeps the neighborhood calm and organized.

What makes this property unique

I designed this home to make family trips easy. Four king bedrooms, including two king suites on separate floors, mean grandparents or two families have real privacy. Kids get two themed rooms they actually love. You have a private screened pool with a spillover hot tub and a true game room with PlayStation, a pool table, and a 65" TV. Every bedroom has a smart TV and the whole house has hard floors, no carpet.
