Despite the rainy weather the house was a peaceful place to rest our heads. Gracious host had everything we needed for our kids. Would stay here again!
We enjoyed our stay during our family reunion. The house was well appointed, centrally located and friendly. We all enjoyed that the house could easily accommodate all of my family.
Booked this place for a few families to stay together in. Price was very reasonable when split between each family. It was easy to find and very close to the shopping on Mercer. Thank you!
Such a cozy place to come “home” to during our residency! The property managers were so friendly and attentive to our needs as well! We will be back! :)
Wedding in Bellevue wonderful location for activities in Seattle and Bellevue. The house fit our family of 6 perfect and the ADU was the answer for my elderly parents with us yet able to get away for naps or an early evening.
We enjoyed the space and plenty of room for our family to spread out. Very nice location and safe neighborhood. Easy to find the house coming in the dark. Good communication with the host. Thank you!

Thank you for being our great guests!
Wish you all the best!
My family traveled to Seattle for a long weekend where we attended a funeral of a loved one. The house is very comfortable, roomy and well equipped. It is located near our family and the churches on Mercer Island. Very quiet and private. My family and I loved it so much we extended our stay an extra day. Super easy check in and out. Excellent owner communications.

Thank you for being our great guests! Wish you all the best!
We had a wonderful two-day stay at this beautiful property on Mercer Islands The house was spotless and situated in a peaceful, lovely neighborhood, making it the perfect setting for our group of six classmates reconnecting after almost 40 years. The space was comfortable, and the host ensured everything we needed was available. We had an amazing time and felt at home the entire stay. A pool table or ping pong table would have made it super perfect, but everything else was fantastic. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable place in a great location. We would definitely return
Nice place accommodated nearly 10 people with ease
Only issue was at 11:00 am check out the cleaners were at our door which we thought was a bit much. We were all packed up and in the process of leaving but they asked to go to the Lower level where we still had one person. Anyway had it been 11:30 I would understand but that was not what we expected.
We were very pleased with our stay. It was an extremely convenient and comfortable property and communication with the property manager was excellent as I requested a change in our dates and they were very accommodating.I would suggest that the property update a few items. The steps to the basement can be dangerous if you are not paying attention, so a hand rail would be preferred as well as updating the lighting in that area. We specifically asked our elderly mother not to go down the stairs without help.
Communication with the property owner and check in was good. Unfortunately the property does not have air conditioning other than a portable unit that was not installed. The upper level of the house was 85 degrees most afternoons and evenings. They did come and hook up the portable unit when we made the request for the third night but it did not make much of a difference.
We decided to spend a month on Mercer Island with the kids and could not have been happier with the property. Very spacious, well appointed, and well maintained. On the outside, the back yard is enormous with plenty of room. The upstairs patio has a wonderful sitting area where we enjoyed watching the sunsets. The management company was always very prompt, easy to communicate with, and very attentive. We had one minor problem during our month stay and they were on it immediately.
The neighborhood itself is very quiet and a pleasant walk to downtown. (Uphill on the way back so get ready!)
A very comfortable month for our family and highly recommend this property!
