Spacious and well located!
One of the better rental houses my family has stayed in, and that bar is pretty high! My family for this trip consisted of a 21 month old, 3 four year olds, a seven year old, a teenager, and four adults. This unique property offered the bedding and space needed to very comfortable accommodate my group.
The pool and backyard was a lot of fun, with the high door latch on the patio screen door being well out of reach of the 4 year olds, the pool was never a danger for us even without a fence. Fences aren't really common down here anyway, and if anything give you a false sense of security.
We enjoyed the proximity to Biscayne Natl Park as well as the Everglades, and even made a day trip to Dry Tortugas Natl park. The rest of the trip was spent enjoying the heated pool, which for us was worth the $50 a day charge. It would have been cold without it, with our trip occurring in late March.
The pros are too numerous to list, but really, rest assured the pictures present a fair representation of what you will get.
For cons, well being a such large group, we would have appreciated more kitchen bowls, food prep type things to keep the food bill down. There are some items, including ample dishes, glasses, pots and pans...again, more food prep items were all that would have helped.
We are very likely to book this house again in future spring breaks, such a great place, and location.
