Looking for a true beach house, this is it! Located ON the beach, this private residence has everything you need. Steps to the beach, the sound of waves at night, ocean views from all rooms and sunrises that are priceless.

Weekly (Saturday to Saturday) and monthly rental options.

All you need is to bring your own linens and towels. Beds come with mattress and pillows only.

Good location and views

Spacious first floor area, comfortable furniture, well equipped kitchen. Great beach. Lots to do in area and great restaurants. And of course lobsters. Big drawback was the steep stairs to bedrooms for us seniors.

Great weather week at a cute beach house inside and out. If you travel from afar bringing your own sheets and towels is an unnecessary burden. It’s worth negotiating for change. Jonathan is approachable, helpful and lives next door.
