Loved our stay for 8 adults at the lake. An abundance of room for all! The pool table was a fun extra and the views were beautiful of the lake and mountains. Keep in mind as others have said, it is very difficult to reach the lake and dock from the house. We knew this going in and it did not matter to us, but others may not want the climb. Great stay!

The house was vey nice and had a great layout for our small family reunion. There is a large open floorplan on the main level which was great for sharing time together. We really enjoyed our time here. The location was good. There is also a lot of space in the bedrooms / decks for quiet time. A few things to note. 1. There are plenty of stairs! The main level is great with no stairs inside but. There is no way in or out of the property without stairs. 2. The host only gives one bath towel per person. This could mean a lot of laundry for a multi day stay. There is also no extra linens in the house and only one kitchen towel. 3. it is well stated but I will mention that it is quite a hike to get to the water making it pretty useless for the stay. Some of our group made the trek down but said it was too difficult to enjoy knowing you had to hike back up.

The home was beautiful and the views were excellent. The host were very accomadating and very easy to communicate with. Would strongly suggest to anyone that wants some peace and quiet, yet close enough to the towns. I would give this one an A

Fantastic property!

We had a large (12 people) family vacation and stayed here and the property was amazing! Beautiful, quiet, clean, super comfortable beds, and lake access! Lots of wildlife and the swim spa was fantastic! We would absolutely recommend this house!

Beautiful getaway by the lake

This property is stunning and the scenery is beautiful. The home is very spacious and beautifully decorated. The property managers are very helpful and quick to respond. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to renting this property again in the near future.

Beautiful Views and Decorative home

The property was gorgeous. We had a family reunion here and enjoyed the views as well as all the house had to offer. The beds were super comfortable and home was nicely decorated. The only thing we would have changed is the hill down to the dock, very steep and harder for older adults to get up and down.

Perfect for 6 Couples

We enjoyed our stay. The home was massive and offered the comforts needed to host 6 couples, each with privacy. Jacuzzi was huge. Generally speaking the home was great! With a few cons worth noting. There was a roach in the living room and on the screened in porch. The walk to the pier is quite difficult and visitors should use extreme caution when taking the golf cart down the steep uneven path.

Great fit for our extended family

We were in Gainesville for Family Reunion. This home was extremely comfortable for our family of 9. The layout worked beautifully for a three generation family. The extra amenities like the pool table and swim spa were a hit with the kids. The view of the lake and fall trees was lovely. Beds were comfy and there was plenty of room to spread out. We will be staying again in December!

The house was nice, strange layout but ok. The boat dock is not functional The property is on a main thruway and boats are going by often which rocks the dock really bad. Getting down to the dock is very steep. Cant see the dock from the house, steep hill and trees block the view.It is in a good location to get to local stores. Overall a good property.

Amazing House - Will definitely be back

We truly enjoyed our stay and thank you for your hospitality. What we love the most about this property is the breathtaking view as you drive up to the property and from the viewing deck as well as from the main master bedrooms. This property is also very private, and quiet and is set more like a compound style. Overall, we definitely will come back and make this our GO-TO home in the Lanier area. One thing to note, there is a Marina only 1 mile away where you can rent a boat for a day and easily take your rental boat to the dock of this home. However, there is a slope to walk up and down, which is a bit of exercise but manageable for us.

We stayed at this property for a week from July 13 to July 19,2025. We had an overall pleasant stay at this Airbnb. The location was great and the space was clean, cozy, and comfortable. It had everything I needed for a relaxing trip.There were a few maintenance issues that could use some attention—there were cobwebs everywhere, inside and outside. The hot tub was dirty and needed maintenance which made us lose 2 days of use. The cleaning crew were at the property when we arrived and had a big dog inside the property with them. What if one of our guests were allergic to animal hair? Overall the stay was pleasant, nothing that disrupted the stay too much.The host was friendly and responsive, which I really appreciated. With a little upkeep, this place could easily be a five-star stay. I’d consider booking again!Thank you!
