This is a “must-do” when staying in Homer! The seaplane base is so clean, quaint and we’ll appointed! And to be able to watch the planes coming and going is especially wonderful. Highly recommend this fantastic place!!
Location was wonderful. It was centrally located for everything we wanted to do. It was clean and comfortable.

Great Place
Awesome location, clean, brand new construction (or sure seems to be!) and well thought out design. Will probably bring friends next time and check out a 2 BR unit.
The cabin is very nice, modern, beautifully decorated and comfortable. We enjoyed the morning sounds of float planes taking off. We LOVED this setting.
Was blown away at how much quality was packed into a small cabin. Everything was top notch and of homeowner quality. The view of the pond was great and being able watch the float planes land and take off was very cool. Having the 2 Adirondack chairs to relax in was nice at the end of the day. Would definitely recommend this to my friends and will stay here again. The only downsides were if you kept the blinds open, all the other guests could easily see into the cabin. If you're a late sleeper you will not enjoy the planes taking off early to get their customers out on their adventures. It didn't really bother us, afterall it is on a floatplane pond.
This is an ideal spot for exploring the Homer area. Easy to get onto the Spit and into downtown. It’s tucked back off the Beluga Lake, making for stunning views and zen relaxation. Amazing close-up experience of the seaplane base—absolutely unique perspective. Buildings are new, clean, and well-maintained. A truly top-notch find. Sadly, I had a work call during the trip and can attest that the WiFi is solid— multi-hour zoom call with no hiccups. Book it!
