House was beautiful, exactly as pictured. Rooms were comfortable, clean and had everything needed. Location was good. Close enough for a golf cart ride to Brownwood and Sumter (20-40 minutes) and close to other store needs. Beautiful views on the lanai, my mom spent her early mornings out there nature watching. Excellent communication with host and property manager (had a slight issue, not with home, that I got help with!). Spoiled us as we look for our own home to own in the Villages! Would definitely recommend a stay here!

The house was very nice and accommodated our group nicely. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. Betsy and Sandi were great and took care of all our needs. I spent a good amount of time browsing VRBO before booking our trip to The Villages, and I’m so glad we chose this place. It was perfect for us!The house is in a great spot—super close to both Lake Sumter Landing and Brownwood, and everything we needed (golf courses, groceries, gas, and restaurants) was just a short drive awayThe home itself was super comfortable and had everything we could want. The pool was a huge bonus—especially in the afternoons when it got hot. We’d recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and easy stay in The Villages.
