The Rainbow River Bungalows is the perfect destination for a fun and restful getaway! Stay in one of our private units and have all the conveniences of an outdoor paradise just outside your door! Enjoy FREE access to the Rainbow River via the Marion County KP Hole Boat Ramp, perfect for launching your boat or kayak. Our community center has a huge chess and Connect Four boards, so you can challenge yourself or your friends. Grill the perfect dinner on our outdoor grills or roast some S'mores by the fire! Dogs and kids will love the dog walking area and public garden beds. Take a leisurely walk and enjoy hammocks for a great afternoon of relaxation. Bungalow N is a spacious one bedroom, open floor plan unit with an epic front deck seating area. Get ready for an unforgettable getaway when you choose the Rainbow River Bungalows!
This is a friendly community of other vacationers just like you.
*Please be respectful of common quiet hours of 8pm-8am.
*Please keep dogs leashed and clean up after them.
*Please no open flames in the units
*Please no parties
*Please no smoking (including vaping) or use use of illegal substances.
*Pet fee includes 2 dogs. Additional pets allowed with prior approval and additional pet fee. Please inquire with host.
*Please count the lanyards in your unit, there is a $25 fee for each missing lanyard upon your departure.
*If the home needs attention during your stay please notify me immediately so that we can remedy it during your stay. Guest are responsible for any damage that occurs to the bungalow during their stay.
*All units are on a septic system, please do not flush anything down toilet other than toilet paper.
*Upon checkout there is a $100 hold on the card on file for incidentals. This is not a charge. The hold will fall off the card in 30 days, if there are no damages.
*There is a 5% processing fee on ALL REFUNDS. Guest may cancel 60 days prior to checkin for full refund minus 5% processing fee. 50 % refund minus 5% processing fee for refunds made more than 30 days in advance. There are no refunds less than 30 days prior to checkin.

Me and three friends stayed for a 2 nights to enjoy the Rainbow. We stayed in Bungalow "N" and it was very clean and nicley appointed. I would stay here again and I would recommend this property to others :)

Love this place

I came here on a wknd trip with my sister, we went kayaking, as rainbow river is walking distance away... It was awesome... So I decided to come back this wknd... Just me... It was a little too cold to go on the river but the area is so peaceful and cute, it was still well worth the trip... Will definitely be back

Immensely enjoyed our stay. Our bungalow was so cute. Better than pictured. Was equipped with everything needed in kitchen. Mattress was excellent. Usually my back will bother me sleeping somewhere other than my own bed but not here. Decor was lovely and absolutely loved the grounds. Hammock was great for a nap. Enjoyed our walk to KP Hole park and kayaking. Will definitely be back. Thank you for providing such great accommodations!

Cool and Calm

This is a real treat. You have all the amenities of home without the worry of packing them. You can pack your bags, enter the bungalow and just kick back and relax. It is a short walk to the river where you can rent tubes or kayaks and float your problems away. It was the recharge I needed to get back into the game of life.

Wrong description of property!

Property listed as sleeping for 8. It was only 4 of us & we couldn’t find enough bad for all of us ,some had to sleep on the couch. Luckily we stayed only 1 night and never come back.
